Life / Why Do You Love Poland? [907]

@PolAmKrakow

Its ironic because many of those same people will name famous poles who live/lived outside of poland, were educated and launched their careers abroad, etc. as national heros. But then the average jozef who lived a similar life isnt somehow polish....

Generally citizenship determines ones polishness and pl citizenship can be acquired by poles living abroad born to polish parents and those of refugees fleeing wars, prl, etc or were exiled.

Of course. It's my motherland. I'd love it even if it was still the PRL.

Life / Why Do You Love Poland? [907]

? It is unavoidable coz Poland perfectly follows the path of Western countries -

Poland has followed western society for a thousand years. Thats not going to change polish peoples mindset and outlook. If anything poles will be even more against.migrants once white people become the minority in places like france. Attitudes towarsa lgbt may loosen up but itd require a change of the constitution to allow gay marraige. Also the fact is the youth is more nationalistic than ever. Just look at even the koderast rallies - mostly older people amd few youth. Then look at the independence day marches and you have tens of thousands of young people marching alongside banners saying no to islam

Polish cops mercilessly detain homophobic maniacs?

Not gonna happen. I predict that in 10 years the cops will manhandle the soy boy leftists that disrupt the nationalists like rn, nop, etc much like they did last year and 10 years ago. If anything by then ill be close to retirement so i can spend my time organizing alongside narodowcy to make sure pride parade marchers receive the same warm welcome they did in bialystok.

Polish government called pride parades a travelling circus and theyre by far the most popular party. Even amongst po voters they dont condone gay marraige. Ans you really think this will change in a decade and cops will detain people who dont like gays? Please....

Quite simply dont expect poland to be cucked like the west anytime soon. Polish people have travelled extensiely around usa and europe and we know firsthand what leftists agendas and multikulti experiments bring. And those that havent been abroad can see whats happening in w europe and they want no part of it. In that sense poles are almost like the israelis - we dont want this nonsense in our homeland. Hell half of poles are against even ukranian migration and theyre nothing like the arabs and africans.

Even po is smart enough not to promote gay marraige or bringing in turd world migrants because they know a ton of their voters would be against that. The 'liberal' parties in poland esp po makes the republicans in the usa, conservatives in uk germany etc look like far leftists. Theyre more conservative than southern republicans.

History / Do Polish people in general dislike Russia or Germany more? [369]

Its not about ego for most watch collectors. For some murzyn who buys a rolex and cartier and puts a ton of diamonds in it, yes. For most people its a fashion statement or simply a hobby. Some people collect cars others stamps others watches. When a guy wear a suit regularly a nice watch and nice tie is how fashion or good taste is expressed. I buy watches because i like them like omegas, tag heuer, alpina, oris etc which are considered the lower end of luxury swiss watches but if i had the disposable income to buy a 50k 18k yachmaster or gmt ii i totally would. And itll retain its value for decades. Hopefully one day i can buy it and then pass it onto my son or grandson on a special occasion.

Adultery isnt considered a sexual degeneracy the way lgbt is amongst poles. Also many polish men especially polonia where the family lives in poland and the husband works in germany, us, uk, erc and sends money back home will often have a girlfriend in the country theyre working in. Its pretty normal even though most will never acknowledge it

Most rolexes dont cost 20k. Only the chrono and precious metal ones cost that much in which case theyre easily recognizeable as a rolex.

But yes youre right theres a $100 seiko that aside from the face logo has the same design as a $10k datejust. The vast majority of people couldnt tell the subtle differences from far away but a collector definetely could.

Also most people who purchase watches like that buy them for the longevity, to pass down, for the precious metals or stones, and many as an investment. One of my friends has a watch collection easily worth half a mil. Yet youd

don't support degenerate sexual shenanigans like those that you support!

Poles are very much for hetero relations and the majority are against gays and other sexual degenerates, which in no way do i support. Theres nothing degenerate about a man and woman, and theres a reason why wealthier older men are attracted to young beautiful women and vice versa.

Patek Philippe?

Overrated. Many use the same Valjoux movements that a $1k Tag Heuer has. Rolex has by far the best movements and it is arguably the only movement that cannot be perfectly replicated and same with the bezel rotations. Although respect to Patek for being founded by a Pole.

And I hope I look as good as Putin does as his age, he's in better shape than the vast majority of people his age.

USA, Canada / Poles Living in the Chicago Area [343]

@Rich Mazur

I'm not a big fan of Polish buffets or even buffets in general. Only buffet I like is the one open to 'vips' at four winds casino where I play a lot and even then it depends on the chef and what theyre serving. sometimes its disgusting, sometimes its better than a $40+ dinner at some posh restaurant.

@Joker
Yeah Belmont is going the way the rest of the Polish areas in the city - latinos taking it over. It's sad to see. I remember when I was a teen on may 3rd whole street would be filled up with poles, drinking beers, honking, waving flags out their cars, it was great! Now there's some businesses left but its gradually going down. We use to own a dentist office around that area on Addison and oak park and its still a polish dentist working there. Problem is that these commercial properties have INSANE property taxes. Our building was worth like 220-250k and when we sold it we were paying damn near $20k a year in just property taxes. And that was a few years back im sure it's gone up probably closer to 25 maybe even 30k now. It's insane that's basically 2.5k 3k a month going just to property taxes.

But yeah all the poles are moving out. The Poles that remain in the city are the very old generations the types that refuse to move and a lot of poles around my age where their parents lived in the city, then they moved to the suburbs, then after finishing college the kids moved back to the city. But they're very Americanized way more so than I am.

Also I think the reason why I was suspended is because I pointed out that if WW2 never happened Poland would be totally ruled by jews due to them being a huge chunk of the population only to increase even further and thus we'd have even more dual citizens than America. They're now gradually colonizing Poland from Israel and many more suddenly 'find their roots.' I just hope they don't start imposing the same agendas they do in other w European countries while keeping policies that resemble the third reich back in Israel - gay marriage illegal, no marriage certificates for mixed couples, forcefully moving muslims out of homes in Jerusalem, colonizing their lands, promotion of a homogeneous state, etc. Yet when we want the same in our country they call us racist, xenophobic, homophobic, etc. Unfortunately people never add the words 'just like israel' after supporting such a policy.

Theres like 3 polish places left in the trojkat - kurowskis which is a deli (got some dank schabowe there last week but their kielbasa and kabanosy suck) another deli forgot the name, and podhalania which has been serving polish drunks for decades. Ive done some business there before its a real ********

Also i think old warsaw went out of business. Honestly im surprised it took that long. Lot of the hotels and motels up in the dells owned by poles have gone out of business or are up for sale too.

And yeah its kind of sad that the kids dont take up the family business and make it better. I guess thats my generation though...

News / Dodgy PRL-holdover judiciary finally reformed [420]

PiS is by far the most popular party. It consistently captured high 30 to low 40% over the past few years. If you add the more right wing parties' pis + kukiz + korwin/narodowcy you're well over the 50% mark. One thing is for certain - PiS is owning PO and right wing parties dominate.

Now PiS is now on an offensive against the LGBT cancer in Poland - and based on the Poles' disapproval of things like gay marriage, adoption by gays, and even pride parades it's consolidated and even slightly increased their popularity. Before it was turd world migrants - which the majority of Poles don't want either, now it's the forcing of LGBT down Polish peoples' throats which the majority of Poles don't want either.

I love the fact that the most popular party in Poland recently made a logo with a polish family under a unmbrella shielding them from the lgbt rainbow. If the republicans in the US did that or the tories in the UK - not that they would as they've long been cucked - the populace would get their panties in a bunch. Not Poles though = )

Our Polish blacks will be the best immigrants ever. J

Yeah im sure their average iqs of 70 and the lowest educational attainment of any race will be a great asset to polish society...

That is why the racist police is so important in spotting the outsiders who don't belong in the white areas.

Indeed. The cops in my suburb are on it. As soon as they see a black person around they pull them over hecause they know they domt belong.

Nowhere near as dangerous as Chicago..... London Muslims are mainly pussies...... ;-)

Youre right. Difference is the brit cucks imported them willingly. Most of the blacks in the usa are leftover from the slavery era. And unlike londonistan people can defend themselves without ending up in jail. They can also voice their opinion and displeasure without cpd's thought crime division arresting them for "hate speech" or "incitement." Then theres also the problem of sharia courts and muslim schools teaching sharia and hatred for the local culture and people

History / Warsaw Rising 1944 - National Disaster or Triumph of Spirit ? [515]

I wonder if he's still kicking it..

Well, the few that are alive are going to be in their 80s 90s+. That's also why the American jews are kvetching so hard about Poland to get their property gibs since actual survivors are dwindling by the day.

Are they?

According to a few interviews with veterans, yes.

History / Warsaw Rising 1944 - National Disaster or Triumph of Spirit ? [515]

even the most ardent SS-Personnel could probably not have effected what they did in as short a period of time as they did!

The nazi government namely himmler had the ss recruit locals in order to help identify, kill and bury Jews. The mental toll was too much for SS so they had locals carry out massacres especially in the Baltic states. This was when they were still shooting most of the Jews instead of sending them to camps.

Well, most people think "Holocaust" when they hear "SS". It's a bit more complicated than that.

I think of awesome hugo boss uniforms.

We do too, Dirk! Maybe you'd have passed already and your toxic spirit along with you.

There's still SS veterans alive. And they're as unapologetic and defiant as ever.

There were a few Irish, British, Scottish, and Polish Nazis - mostly gorale.. But there were a lot of Ukrainians, Russians namely Don Cossacks, Indians, Iraqis, etc.

For a long time there was actually an SS/Nazi lobby group in Germany

Man I wish I was born back then = (

Food / British food products in Poland? [334]

it's not even anything they recognize as food.... (same goes for American food,

Eh not entirely. There's a lot of American restaurants that are quite popular selling burgers, pizza, etc. Well technically those aren't American foods but you know what I mean - Americanized versions of otherbcountries food

you can actually eat very well in America if you know how to avoid the processed junk.... but hardly any ever believe me)

It's very difficult, very time consuming and very expensive than just choosing common processes gmo crap.

There most certainly are 100k zloty coins as I have one in my collection. The one I have is early 90s and has the Polish eagle with 100k on one side and a Warsaw uprising soldier on the other. Although I believe they were commemorative and not meant for exchange.

A small amount of money

A small amount? 25 billion is more than Germany spends on education.

According to a German analyst once ancillary costs of migrants such as incarceration, medical care, prosecution for all the crimes they commit, increased police presence in "no go zones," etc the figure is closer to 60 billion. That means the average German taxpayer spends about 1 months salary providing for migrants.

country taking on additional debt (something that Poland is doing).

Germany is doing that too by coddling migrants with tens of billions a year.

In fact, Germany and polands government spending to gdp is almost identical at a bit over 40% and polands government debt to gdp is 10% lower idk how you can say Germany is in a better position.

but more and more refugees are getting integrated into the labor market.

ROFL 99% of refugees are unemployed while with migrants it's 74% and they're expected to be unemployed for 5+ years and many for 10+ according to a German government figures speaking with financial times.

In fact Germany's debt per GDP has been decreasing during the last few years.

Debt to gdp is one measure and Germany is in a far worse position to afford all the programs as it has relative to Poland. Debt to government spending shows a more complete picture and I more important in determining a governments spending sustainability. And Poland relatively has way less debt relatively.

And Germany is certainly having problems - budget shortfall of over 10 bil.

dw.com/en/germanys-fat-years-of-high-tax-revenue-are-over-finance-minister-scholz/a-46974070

There are only a few that will suffer worse, none of which are in Western Europe.

Yes because instead of programs to encourage natives to have kids which will be the next generation of taxpayers they instead import turd worlders who don't contribute and cost taxpayers billions. In Germany it's 74% unemployment among migrants and 25 bill annually spent coddling them. That number will only increase as being bums and benefits leeches is passed down. Meanwhile the natives who make up the tax base are shrinking.

Pensioners can't even get a proper apartment because the government is giving preference to housing people who haven't contributed jack to the system.

Poland's economy is not yet as advance

and its' population has not yet individually acquired the same wealth as the Westerners

Poland has a developed market status. Besides that has little to do with the fact on whether the government can afford more spending. Germany and us have a far larger economy yet they can't pay for programs they already have thanks to all the bums and turd worlders currently being supported, so they pay interest and will for eternity basically. The most important things that dictate that are government revenues which Poland gets a big amount from state owned companies and tax revenue and its current debt obligations and debt to gdp/debt to government spending ratios all of which are significantly lower than other countries whos economies and government evenues are similar to Poland.

Ultimately the main reason why Poland can afford more programs is because it has low debt and tax revenue has shot up primarily with better vat collection and second corporate taxes from all the companies coming to Poland.

Meanwhile Poland is one of the countries that will be affected the most by the looming demographic decline,

Not nearly as much as other countries. Besides a demographic decline isn't necessarily a bad thing considering jobs are becoming more and more automated. Also it helps keep unemployment levels low and wages competitive.

I also think PiS may possibly get Poland in trouble with all this sociall spending -

I doubt it. PO dropped the ball on collecting vat taxes and thanks to the dramatically increased tax revenue from that and all the corporations that have been coming to Poland especially in the past ,few years.

Also Polands Debt to gdp is tiny compared to countries like USA, France, Germany and even china. Germany has been running a deficit yet it manages to now spend an extra 25 billion coddling unemployed turd worlders - 60 billion if you consider ancillary costs Poland can definitely afford these programs and more as long as the economy steadily grows.
