the former Soviet Union was more usually dominated by non-Russians, e.g. Ukrainians (Khrushchev and Brezhnev) and Stalin was an ethnic Georgian.

Khrushchev was born in Russia and had no traceable Ukrainian ancestry. He just ruled Ukraine before became a General Secretary and this is why he associated with Ukraine sometimes. Brezhnev ancestry is mixed, his father is Russian and was born in Russia and his mother was born in Donetsk region. His appearance makes to think about some heavy Turkic influence, possibly Tatar or Kazakh.

What makes me curious from purely neutral point of view: if there exist so many white racists who are enraged their countries become more and more racially diverse, how is that possible no one came up with idea to create a floating country for whites only? A huge floating country on water somewhere in neutral ocean?

Far not only IQ level does have serious influence on life standards. And not only IQ level could be inherited. But also bunch of very important qualities. For example genes can influence such issues as:

1) Level of crime and corruption.
2) Level of freedom in society.
..
And many other important qualities.

So, it is always gets boring and one-sided when it comes to IQ level measurements.

I didn't remark that here in Canada many people would smile broadly unless you aren't their client and pay them well. Maybe Canadians aren't as serious and embittered as Eastern Europeans but I don't remark any excessive joyfulness either.

I don't know. I think each country needs to solve this problem on their own according to their values and life priorities. Only I can say almost certainly that population shrinking can't continue infinitely.

They would shrinking not slowly but quickly without immigration. Ukraine can serve a good example of a country with very little immigration. Its population shrunk from 52.5 mln. in 1992 to less than 40 mln. nowdays. The same thing would happen in majority of European countries, Canada and Australia.

Europe is overpopulated with lots of obsolete people. Thats a simple fact.

So, how long then Europe suppose to tolerate depopulation and what would be the smallest acceptable size of population in such countries as Germany, France, UK?

Poles are bit mixed with Germans and Austrians while Ukrainians are bit mixed with Mongols and Tatars. Plus both nations have plenty of other minor or not to minor admixtures.

That's great. But Russian proverb tells: "Don't glorify yourself, better wait when others will glorify you". All people you've mentioned belong to the past centuries. What about 21 century or the end of 20-th?

After USSR dissolution Ukraine lost 70% of its manufacturing and 50% of economy in total very soon. Not so Poland which wasn't as much dependent on USSR economically. Also manufacturing production potential of Ukraine was much weaker than that of Russia. Thus Ukraine didn't have a full scale production of passenger planes or passenger vehicles, many factories supplied parts to other USSR republics.

Can you give some link about it? This is not a something completely new, but how many such schools are there?

I think that in general you are thinking in a wrong direction a bit. Eastern Europeans can't solve the global and possibly mental problems of Western Europeans. Only the later suppose to decide what they need as a civilization and solve their global problems themselves. No doctor can cure a patient if he doesn't want to cure himself. In general the nature's laws are tough - the fittest survives.
