Not raping women is work?
men who would keep you safe because believe it or not most men are instinctively protective towards women?

Protect us by telling us we can't do things because man may to have to actually not being criminals?

Let's put it this way - while it's wise to keep your possessions secure even if they are not people taking them commit crime.

Do you want to regulate behavior so women could act irresponsibly and get drunk and unconscious in the middle of the street?

I want to regulate law so that crime is crime and the criminal faced the consequences.

Someone talking about rape in a thread about rape- who would have thought.

Educate women about responsibility and accountability.

It seems it's men who should learn that lesson first. If they are unable to do that the law may have to make them. Unless of course having sex with an unwilling person is badge of honour in your eyes.

Most women find no joy in accusing men of rape. Similarly most men do not want to rape women.

The fact that we simply have to realise that a victim can freeze and not even dream about a physical defence is a well known thing. Yet it's been used as a defence for rapists.

It's not a civil case. The guilt has to be proven. The evidence responsibility lies on the prosecution.

No, all it does is remove the need.for physical signs of struggle and includes not being able to consent.

Non consensual sex usually leaves signs on the genitals that can be examined.
Not having sex with someone who is basically unconscious is a non brainer too imo.

We all know there is a sunsegment of Polish women who go to Africa on holiday to procure this outcome.

1 - don't know any such thing
2 - even if we assume that is correct I'm pretty sure there would be more people who simply were in relationship that resulted in offspring

I happen to like her looks (although she looks much better in different photos). Her smile is not my cup of tea. But then, I generally don't fancy beauty pagents look.

BOTH parents have to pay their share.

yet he doesn't have an equal say in the fate of that which isn't his body?

Because it's not him who is affected by the pregnancy and birth.

So the women has certain say in the beginning of pregnancy (as the pregnancy is affecting her body and her life) until she looses her say as well.
