For example in one of the Russian movies the memories of Polish foreign minister Józef Beck are mentioned who wrote to his father that while he participated in military operations against the "Sovietized Ukraine" at the end of 1918 they burned down everything, killed civilians and bombarded defenseless cities with artillery.

Some Russian historians claim that during Polish-Ukrainian war of 1918-1919 Polish troops (under head of Pilsudski) bombarded peaceful Ukrainian population with artillery and killed thousands of people just as an act of intimidation. If you have doubts in it I will try to gather more info on that. It was Pilsudski who started this war with Ukraine under excuse of Polish minority rights protection. But likely it was just an excuse as to a larger extent Poles hadn't been oppressed in Ukraine just for been Poles. In reality Pilsudski just wanted to expand Polish territory for the account of weaker and newborn Ukraine and reinstate the Greater Poland from "Sea to Sea". He dreamt even of Kiev and briefly captured it, but was forced left it to Ukrainians as he needed their support against the Bolsheviks. This war costed tens of thousands of lives to Ukrainians and later they were oppressed in Poland quite a lot.

But according to you it suppose to exclude Ukraine? I agree there is cultural difference between Poland and Ukraine, but still rater slight to moderate one rather than a vast one. At least it follows from a general stereotypes about both countries. It looks like Ukraine converts to an isolated country as relations with Russia worsened and EU doesn't want to accept it either. Demographic situation in Poland isn't rosy either with 1.3 children per family on average. What are the signs of Byzantizm in Ukrainian politics? Isn't Ukraine a democracy?

I don't understand a reason for the crown. It is a common symbol for a monarchies, but Poland is a democracy...

What are the features of mongolization? Principally, the cultures are intermittent and people aren't born with some culture. Do you afraid Ukraine can never change?

Do you think Poles and Lithuanians needed to agree with Ukrainian proposition to create a principality of the three nations - Polish, Lithuanian and Orthodox Rusyn in 17-th century? In which all this nations would have similar rights or at least Rusyns (modern Ukrainians and Belarussians) would have their rights increased somewhat? If yes, what would be a historical consequences of that hypothetic union?

For example it wouldn't be spare to take in account that an average human brain weight on Earth has tendency to decrease. I hope this is not an alarming tendency and requires no immediate correction?

I never meat such claims, therefore I don't. Western IQ tests are typically done by country than by ethnicity. Therefore when they claim Japanese or other Asians outperform Americans or Russians, it doesn't take in account Americans or Russians could be of any ethnicity.

As a teacher myself, I can tell yout that IQ tests and standardized testing don't necessarily reflect peoples' abilities.

I think the highest known form of human mental abilities are creative abilities. IQ tests don't necessarily reflect their presence directly. Regarding particular people and ethnicities there exist an important difference between creating something new and coping someone else advancements well. I don't know if it related to an ethnic traits or not but if we count Nobel Prize laureates by an ethnicity then N1 place probably comes to people to British ancestry.

This one data is from article in Russian gathered probably from various sources. I am not sure there is any study originally in English of that kind which deserves be trusted and published openly and include Central/Eastern European brain studies. If you want try to find any.
