Well, FRom that list above I polled myself. Russians are blue.
I say for me it is mostly blue, one grey, one green, and five reds.
On the other hand, it doesn't say much as I tend to look at people as individuals.

I have never heard anybody say that Russians are arrogant. If anything, we're pretty lacking in self confidence.
