It has been said that this superiority complex was a primary reason that many cultures have viewed Jewish people as a threat that caused them so much pain over the centuries. I am truly sorry for the pain of innocent people and their generations after, and I can understand how centuries of oppression can condition people to be more cautious and excluding of other cultures..

However, in my opinion the strict Jews are not very ethical or moral people to those who are not Jewish.. they are blind to issues that are not dictated by their text.. and lack independent thinking due to mass conditioning and fear of consequence... this causes them to act in ways that are hurtful to people of other cultures, which they may or may not understand.. and may or may not care about. I have had the pleasure of meeting some of the younger Israeli generation that is not so strict in their conditioning and thus more open to individual thinking and positive in their interactions to the people around them.
