What should Russia and Poland do to become if not friends, then at least not enemies?

@Bobko

So with the steel and the aluminum then you are probably correct but long term we need alternative energy sources - it is senseless to rely on onreliable partners who then blackmail us.

With the AI data centers I am struggling to give a **** - there are still not many use cases for it, other than a glorified google. If the economic model involves using finite energy at the expense of useful industries like steel then someone needs to have a rethink. But whatever the energy needs, the bigger issue is where to put these - some of the proposed sites are huge - 20-30 hectares - and it's difficult to fit that kind of installation into Europe as Tesla have seen

Poland has no beef with Russia when it doesn't push around

How has Russia's aggression against Poland manifested itself over the past 60 years?

over the past 60 years?

Since 1965? Hm... let me think...

In 1965-1989 we had Soviet domination and coercive control including military intimidation and implicit threat of force during the Solidarity period (if it wasn't for Jaruzelski's big balls we would have had a blood bath, like in Hungary 1956 and Czechoslovakia 1968 but multiplied by one hundred).

Do you know why Poland left the Warsaw Pact? Because colonel Kukliński, an influential central HQ officer, found out what fate was destined for Poland in Soviet war plans against the West. Our country was to become a nuclear desert with millions of victims of NATO nuclear strikes. A price that Soviet HQ apparently was willing to pay. Kukliński's sacrifice, for which his sons paid with their lives, saved Poland - as we all united in one aim, not to let this monstrosity ever happen.

Then we had constant resentment, opposition to Poland's NATO accession, incessant diplomatic and rhetorical hostility, residual intelligence activity, we had to pay more for your gas than Germany, France or Austria - because we had no alternatives back then and you wanted to "punish" us for leaving.

Coming to recent years - militarization (including nuclear) of Kaliningrad, cyber operations, disinformation and historical revisionism depicting Poland as a Russophobic state responsible for WW2 escalation etc. etc. I could go on.

I won't even mention telling your retard Lukashenka to flood us with third worlders, because it was just a cherry on top. A final touch, so to speak.

And through all this time... all this time - we extended hand to you... like to our brothers, even when our president died in Russia...

... we extended our hand.

What did we get in return? Resentment. Hostility. Nukes in Kalinigrad. Your Belarussian lapdog barking at us.

But still, we don't hate you. We remember that once we were one tribe... a family. We remember that you kicked Nazis out of Poland. We remember that you helped us get our ancient Piast lands back. We remember that when your Soviet Union was falling apart, you let us go without firing one shot. When we hear Russian music, our Slavic soul sings and cries. When we read Russian literature, our soul delights.

If one day you abandon your threats, desire for domination and aggressive rhetoric, we will be here. Waiting for this to happen. Like brothers.

Until then...

you kicked Nazis out of Poland.

After inviting them in in the first place.... but who's counting?

Если однажды вы откажетесь от своих угроз, стремления к господству и агрессивной риторики, мы будем здесь. Ждём этого. Как братья.

Using the example of Venezuela, Trump showed how to deal with Poland. No one will even utter a sound..

Trump showed how to deal with Poland

Look, Russia, as third tier power, is learning how to be a dog to China. You know the drill. Comparing with the US? Delusional, too much vodka on an empty stomach.

See, that's what I'm talking about. And then you come here and ask "how does Russia show aggression to Poland?". xD

We p*ss on your threats. With lukewarm early morning urine.

Have a nice day, brother.

The Polish "dictator" is no longer in power and, moreover, Poland is not a leader in drug production.

Not to mention, if they took Tusk, they would be doing us a favor. Not that they are able.
