Like seen in Prague and even in tiny towns like Stribro in Czech Republic?

Sgraffito is a technique either of wall decor, produced by applying layers of plaster tinted in contrasting colours to a moistened surface, or in pottery, by applying to an unfired ceramic body two successive layers of contrasting slip or glaze, and then in either case scratching so as to reveal parts of the underlying layer.[1] The Italian past participle "sgraffiato" is also used, especially of pottery.

Because Poles are graffiti pigs. Evidence is available on request.

Yes, there are but very few outside of Krakow for example. Most Polish buildings look cheaper-built. Compare the typical Polish town of Mielec with the typical Czech one Klatovy. No contest!

Poles had the better girls though, can't have it all!

utside of Krakow

I was thinking specifically of Poznań and a few other places.

That style of decoration is regional and associated with particular periods/places. You wouldn't expect to find it that much in Mielec.

Poznan's large, like 540,365 ppl. But wonderful Klatovy is only 22,000.

If you compare Krosno and Sanok with Cheb or Klatovy you see that even the smaller Czech towns are more beautiful and have more wealth of classical architecture in the ryneks.

If you compare

You could have found much nicer places than those two.
hmm

You are comparing two towns from the richest western part of Czech Republic with two towns from eastern Poland. I'm not sure it's fair.

I'm not sure it's fair.

I don't think it's meant to be.

Poland has some very fine examples of sgraffito.

Some examples of sgraffito in Poland. Two in Poznań and one in Krasiczyn.
