Do you need a urine sample to know if you pee or not too?

Look up "Nuremburg".

War crimes need evidence - nie jedna pani powiedziala drugiej pani na targu...

Read Telford Taylor's commentary sometime on the trial transcripts at Nueremberg. It's
an eye opener, Hartley Shawcross' rellections as well, from the British perspective.

While we're all too familiar with the by now almost jaded "Judgement at Nueremberg" vs. "Justice at Nueremberg",
it's a fact that the trials were conducted solely by the Allies rather than the Axis.

The reasons are all too apparent; since the Germans started the entire conflict, surely
only the Americans, the French, and the Brits, could possibly be to some degree objective
about what occurred.

Of course, no one can be impartial when it comes to mass murder. Herein lies the eternal irony.

Look up "Nuremburg"

It's Nuremberg...

only the Americans, the French, and the Brits,

That war was between Germany and the USSR. Only the USSR should be the judge, the jury, and the executioner...

The US volunteered into it and France was and still is a joke...

No, I asked: W-O-U-L-D Y-O-U B-E G-R-A-T-E-F-U-L???

You demand a yes or no answer, excluding other possibilities.

Nobody ever mentioned "mass rapes" by the Red Army.

Even the glorious leader Joseph Stalin when Yugoslavians complained about Soviet rapes, replied that "he should understand it if a soldier who has crossed thousands of kilometres through blood and fire and death has fun with a woman or takes some trifle".

Why do you deny the glorious soviet soldiers their well deserved fun? Are you a westoid shill cuck?

Are you a westoid shill cuck?

I have no idea what it is but I do know that...

1. Rape has many definitions

2. Trusting jedna pain powiedziala drugiej pani is ultimate in stupidity.

3. If the alleged rapes of Polish women by the Soviet soldiers were "mass" rather than isolated cases, there would be commissions, hearings, demands for compensation, victims statements, etc......something Poland was free to do after 1989.

Or after 1994 when the last "Soviet rapist' voluntarily left the country.

Keep in mind that without any Soviets in America, we have 500,000 cases of rape every fvcking year...

we have 500,000 cases of rape every fvcking year

Is this 500,000 rapes or 500,000 women? Would 1 woman would count as 1 or as 10 if raped 10 times? If soviet soldiers raped men, would they count as women? Are they added to this 500,000 cases?

It's funny...I and my buddies were bitching about the system all day long...I used to buy American newspapers. I used to visit the US Embassy.

I never saw a Soviet truck, tank, or soldier. I was never asked to participate in May 1 parades. I was never asked to join ANY organization, PZPR included.

I was never interogated by the police or UB. Neither was anyone in my family. Not one person I knew was raped, abused, or yelled at by the Soviets.

Commies spent a lot of money to move a church that was too close to Trasa WZ instead just wrecking it.

I got my first communion and later confirmation without any difficulties or pressure not to. My education was 100% free from K to MSEE. So was healthcare. Nobody was homeless or hungry.

My first paycheck was a joke. That's it...So I left...

I have no idea where all that anti-commie and anti-Russia hate comes from.

Yeah, but do not engage in a prolonged discussion. You think no, and I know yes, that concludes our disagreement, a different outlook among friends.
Novichok  7 | 10770

Yeah, but do not engage in a prolonged discussion.

The burden of proof is always on the accuser. If not trial-grade, then at least based on "neutral" sources.

Or as a Katyn-type admission of guilt on the part of Russia.

You are slightly retarded, aren't you? No need to answer, it was a rhetorical question.

My life experiences have been quite unusual, as if I come from a different planet. As a child, I witnessed my mother being pistol-whipped, bleeding, yet still refusing to testify against my uncle, a member of the AK. Meanwhile, my father suffered from a devastating lung disease, having hidden in a hole in the ground with his brother during a severe winter. His only crime was being highly educated.

In my experience, tearing up a ZMP application that my girlfriend had submitted without my knowledge limited my chances for advancement. Thank God for the family I have in the USA.Rich, do you need more? There is a hell of a lot more.

You are slightly retarded, aren't you?

Are you suggesting that I wasn't capable of understanding simple Polish sentences spoken in my presence by dozens of people who lived in Poland, saw things, and listened to Radio Free Europe that didn't mention even once anything about those mass rapes by the Reds?

This is my explanation:

1. All were in conspiracy with the USSR - Radio Wolnej Europy included

2. Those were isolated cases and no different from the rapes that happen today in Poland, the US, and all over the world

So which one is it? Why would the RFE hide such a morsel?

You are slightly retarded, aren't you?

Are you slightly a moron who is out of arguments so he gets personal?

limited my chances for advancement.

In free America, if you deny global warming and that thansgender women are women, your career will be a short one.

As a child, I witnessed my mother being pistol-whipped, bleeding, yet still refusing to testify against my uncle, a member of the AK

I suggest nothing. I expressed my thoughts about your comment. You make such low-quality comments. If you are judged by them, it is only fair.
If you, at your age, don't understand the reason I said what I said, it means you are indeed slightly retarded.

His only crime was being highly educated.

My father was a PH.D. Never belonged to PZPR.

Commies liked him enough to let travel all over Westerm Europe. Gave him a nice apartment in the center of Warsaw. They let his son go to the Netherlands in 1966 and on to the US.

He and his wife were allowed to go to Paris in 1975 when I was already in "America".

Or I am just hallucinating and Wikipedia wrote these two just for me to debate this subject.

It's interesting you said you were born in 1942 in the middle of the WW2 in Germany? I thought anyone of Polish decent would have been killed instantly when in Germany during this period. Unless you meant it was actually Poland's territory (eg. the Lower Silesia) after WW2.

No, you are not hallucinating; I am certain that an idyllic life was possible-rare, but possible-especially not for a PZPR party member.

My family's situation was quite the opposite, well-documented and preserved in the Rustejko tribe's chronicles, which detail the fortunes and misfortunes of its members, many of whom were sent to Siberia and never returned to their homeland. And I have only just scratched the surface of this history.

So, let's agree to disagree. In most instances, I could swear we are like twin brothers, but in some aspects, it feels as if we are residing on different planets.

Had read about your family before.

Very impressive.

This is why it surprises me, when you treat them with the degree of disrespect that you do (as written by your self here, sir).

You don't think - surely - that such a magnificent intellectual specimen as yourself was born out of the "vacuum"?

I'm curious what you think you owe them? In what ways you think you may have disappointed them? In what sense - could they not imagine, what you built?
Novichok  7 | 10770
4 Aug 2025   #57
So, let's agree to disagree.

We cannot disagree or agree about our personal facts for lack of verifiable evidence. It's a take it or leave i tsituation - just like everything else here...

I'm curious what you think you owe them?

Absolutely nothing. Zero. Except my accent... No surgery or pill for that...

I owe my physical life to the Germans who took me to the safety of a Hamburg camp and my education to the Soviet-controlled communists who gave it to me for free. They even told me that there were only two genders and that women don't have penises. What's there not to like...

I offered to pay for "higher" education before I left Poland, but they refused to take it. That wiped my account clean.

I dutifully reported for military service but they told me that I wasn't good enough. Another box checked.

It's interesting you said you were born in 1942 in the middle of the WW2 in Germany?

Warsaw was a city in Germany. Poland didn't exist as a sovereign country. No government, no army, 100% under German control - with no end in sight...

Warsaw was a city in Germany

That's an interesting take on this. Technically it was true, just like anyone born today in Donetsk could claim they were born in Russia. Time will tell if that's going to hold.

Your father was a distinguished scientist and your family had a privileged lifestyle. This was not the norm under communism for most people as I'm sure you must be aware.

Pawian had a similar background to yours. His father was a scientist/engineer and wasn't in the PZPR either but his family were wealthy. I remember Pawian talking about his foreign holidays. This post of his explains his family background:

You just like to be contrary.
