Lubięcin - Liebenzig church records-state archives

My ancestors come from a town called Lippen/Lipiny Freystadt.
I have dates of births and names.
They moved to Beuthen/Oder between 1842-1844 so have more records from that town onwards
Liebenzig/Lubiecin is the church where the people of Lipiny went.
No church records exist of the church in Liebenzig anywhere during this time period as far as anyone knows.
Perhaps within the church itself they hold these records.
I have seen on the Polish site szukajwarchiwach population lists for the town of Lipiny but do not know how to obtain these records.
I did write to the archives but received no response.
I cannot write polish but can still write a little german.
If anyone can help me I would be appreciated.
I do not mind paying for the information or for someone to attend the archives on my behalf.
Any help would be appreciated.
edited to add I am interested in the years 1790 - 1842
LDS, ancestry etc have nothing from this town only Poland has some information but not church records.

Thanking you

If I were you, I would contact the branch of state archives in Zielona Góra to get further information.
From what I have read online the church in Lipiny was taken down around 1800 having been damaged in a fire.
As for Lubiecin there were two churches, one of them evangelical, later turned into a Catholic one.
It's hard to say what happened to the church records.
