Help finding forestry workers from Poland in UK

Hello everyone,
We have a Forestry Business in the UK, last year we used an agency for polish labour force to come help out in our operations here in the UK. The guys that came over were all great hard workers but when we found out what the agency was paying them we were horrified. The Agency was taking 80% of the rates we were giving. We tried to bring the guys over to work directly for us at proper rates but all were to scared to cross the agency. We would like to bring over more workers this year but cut out the agency to ensure fair pay rates. Could anyone suggest a place where we could advertise and talk directly too Polish Forestry workers.

Right now it may not be easy. Due to the recent change in the law, skilled people in that field are incredibly busy at the moment. A friend needed/wanted quite a few trees felling on some land he has and he had to wait ages and was shocked at the price.

All the Polish tree fellas are up east chopping down an ancient forrest, you wll have to wait.

Almost all agencies are thieves and parasites. You didn't know it?
