I meant Russians are identical to old inhabitants of Rus'. What is "Ruthenians"? I repeat once again the word "Ruthenia" is Latin appelation for "Russian". There is no individual nation detached from Russia we could name as "Ruthenians".

Costia, Ryszard meant русины (Rusini) by Ruthenians. It's a bit different nation. Genetically they're Western Russians.
