PHP Web Developer needing to move to Poland, chances of finding work in this field?

My fiance is finishing her last 2 years of school in Poland and me, I'm working in America at the moment. I don't speak Polish, but am going to hire a Polish tutor. I'm aiming to make a move to Poland sometime early next year, would I be able to find a web development position with say, mid level Polish skills? Or would I confined to teaching English?
