That would be a good monthly salary for an English teacher in Poland.... but no one's getting paid that... maybe the top few percent either with decades of experience or a university teacher or something and even that's a stretch since it'd be over 10k z's. Or salary combined with a dozen hours of private tutoring each week...
I have a family friend who teaches at a Polish uni and I remember him telling me he makes something like 10k or 15k a month, somewhere around there. His German colleagues joke with him how they earn more in a week than he does in a month. Kind of sad that teachers make so little in Poland. But they live well especially by Polish standards - large new 4 bedroom house in the Wroclaw suburbs, big yard, newer cars, etc.
At least in places like Czech Rep. they make a decent salary. Some top schools in places like Kazakhstan pay $80k USD with only 10% taken out as income tax. Other countries like Kuwait, Saudi, S. Korea, etc. pay decent too - $50k+ entry level with expenses covered.
