Going rates for Staff, housekeeper, nanny, driver, gardener in Poland?

Would like to ask, (I'm not trolling). What people think the going rates for the following jobs( in Poland).

1) Housekeeper 35 hr week
2) Nanny 40 hr week
3) Chauffeur 50 hr week
4) Gardener 15 week

Also would people, pay cash in hand or would it be more sensible to open a company and employ the staff as employees, i.e paying zus etc.

I am trying to collate the info.

Driver/gardener jobs in Poland?

Hi I saw the ads on praca.pl but how does one find a job as a driver or gardener for a wealthy family? Do one has to directly contact the homeowners?

Possibly recommendations are the most common way of hiring household help among wealthy family. They need to check your criminal record too. In the US, some wealthy families prefer to hire people who don't know much English so that their private "secrets" are kept. I guess Polish familes wouldn't mind hiring Ukrainian women to help them out.
