Not to start a fight, but not all Dagos were/are at fault. My uncles married a few Italians from around the neighborhood. It took awhile to be accepted into the neighborhoods as Poles, but once that happened. When he crap hit the fan, the Dags stood up for us.. and trust me " we got hooked up" protection, jobs both on the straight and not so if wanted.

Poles and Italians have worked together in Chicago since the days of Al Capone - and to today that continues in "the patch." Just recently a crew made up of Italians and Poles were busted after dressing like cops and ripping off cartel stash houses.

I was pulled over by the Gary Police this week for "driving while white". This cop was huge!
