How to renew Polish passport while in the UK?

Hi,

So I'm British but married to a Polish woman who's been living in the UK (Brighton) for a few years. She wants to renew her Polish passport but says she's tried ringing and ringing the embassy but can never get through.

I don't really understand how it works but she's says she needs a code. She's currently not got a current passport as it's now expired.

Any ideas if she can do something different as she's going mad trying to wring the embassy day after day.

When I was doing it about 3 years ago I had to book an application time slot on the embassy website. New dates were published everyday

It's not the embassy she want's. It's the Consulate. They're the ones who deal with passport renewal. She has to book an appointment and physically go to the office in London. She can book the appointment here:
