Schmiznurf 9 | 31 25 Apr 2014 #1If a Polish citizen needs to pay back money to the HMRC in the UK due to overpayment of benefits, are the HMRC or Government in general allowed to find out if the citizen has assets i.e.property in Poland?Thanks in advance.I should also mention that the citizen now lives back in Poland.
