you called Polish bigos? :::)))

Bigos was OK and you liked it very much!!! You were slightly critical only to wind me up! Ha!!!!

you take pictures and all the glory.

Depends. My wife never cooks some strange things I do. She and kids living with us have quite different views on food.

no help from Mom

No help coz my mom died more than 20 years ago.

I found one more pic of my breakfast - I had a taste for sth sour so I took vinegar herring. Plus standard sausage, liver sausage, salami, chilli pepper, baby tomatoes and fermented red borsch drink.

No, Pawian, I am Polish, unlike you::)) Strictly adhere to traditions; in my world, there are limits to alterations you are allowed and still call your creation
Polish bigos, you went way, way beyond the accepted limits, but then, if you were a patriot, your bigos would closely follow the accepted methods and ingredients

sausage, salami, chilli pepper, baby tomatoes and fermented red borsch drink.

It looks delicious. I extend my congratulations to your wife's (Mum) creativity, choice of colors, and ingredients.Pay attention; one day, you could call yourself a cook

I am a true Pole coz I am unlimited in mind and character.

What I see is a conglomerate of conflicting entities, like photos of, wife created dishes are OK, but most are devoided of character, produce of
limited mind:::)))I hope I am stopping your bragging in time to prevent it from growing into a monstrous proportion

devoided of

devoid.
Never mind. Once a teacher, always a teacher. :):):)

Yes, they might look so to you coz you only see pics of low quality. And I am not a culinary blogger to arrange my dishes to look more appealing. I just photograph what I eat and don`t worry about the effect on you.
Why???

Because I am a fekking free ape and do what I want. Ha!!!!

I found one more pic of my breakfast -

And still another one, traditionally with beet root juice.
My fave stuff: Polish sausage, black pudding, liver sausage, smoked sprats and egg on slices of brown bread heavily sprinkled with mustard which is extremely good for me plus hot paprika cream from Hungary.
