JustinK 1 | 1 24 Nov 2013 #1Hello Everyone,I am an american engaged to a Polish national residing in the UK. We would like to settle in London, but we are unsure if we should get married in Poland or London. Once we are married I am going to apply for the EEA permit so I can join my fiancee in Europe. Is there a difference between processing times for the EEA permit if I get married inside the UK or outside the UK? If there is what are the different time frames?Thank you for your responses!Justin

Ryanindian 10 Dec 2013 #3Better be married in UK, you will wait so long in Poland for marriage and then EEA permit.
