Im 14-17 years old and i got a 170zl (around $53) fine for riding without a ticket. The only thing I showed him was my passport and he showed me on a piece of paper the sum. I tried to explain to him but he wouldn't budge. Im going back soon how will I recieve it, if I recieve it at all? Should I pay it? Should I not? They wouldn't send out a warrant for $53 would they? If you have any info please let me know!

o, you mentioned Canada. It's not in EU, so I doubt they would try to take this money from you with use of the law.

but you may receive letter.

Quite likely. You can ignore it, but if you do, you may find that entering Schengen in future proves to be a problem. Poland is not adverse to abusing European Arrest Warrants to get people extradited to Poland for trivial sums of money.

Matty they will stop you at the passport control at the airport on exit, better to pay your fine now, as there is a 150% premium at passport control. You don't want to be a criminal for the sake of a 170 Zlotys.
