Should I do schooling here with a dual citizenship?

Hi I'm thinking about applying to English nursing programs (first cycle) in Poland and had a couple questions. A little background info, I was born and raised in Canada, first gen, but also have citizenship in Poland (polish passport and I don't have a permanent address in Poland but I have family where I can stay with) and visit every summer whenever I can, and I have my high school diploma. I'm also about 75% fluent.

1. Would I still be paying fees as an international student? How would the process look like?

2. I'm not exactly sure if I want to be living in Canada for forever and I'm keeping my options open as to where I want to work as a nurse so which route would be more beneficial?

3. Which schools would you suggest in Poland?

thank you <3

You will not be a foreign student as you have Polish passport, all you need is the national ID.
One of my kid wanted to study in Poland but the education is not accredited in the US,they would wasted cpl of years and money to get that done after graduating. So it depends where do you want to live in the EU or Canada,

I would complete my studies in Canada and then decide where I want to live and work, again thats me.
