what are your assumptions? That the that advanced degree universities will not check, or that the Polish University will be too confused to reply? Or are you asking what is the penalty for forgery on application for masters degree?

Of course it is not for you. It is the entrance ticket to the EU, and a criminal one at that.

Przestępstwo fałszowania dokumentów zawarte jest w art. 270. kodeksu karnego:
Art. 270. § 1.
§ 3. Kto czyni przygotowania do przestępstwa określonego w § 1, podlega grzywnie, karze ograniczenia wolności albo pozbawienia wolności do lat 2.

Penalty for documents forgery (or using of forged document) is imprisonment from 3 months to 5 years. Different question is how Polish University can check if Indian or Chinese diploma is original. Of course they may ask for Apostile, but I doubt that they do that.

Working with a Fake degree in Poland

Hello there everyone ! Heres my story I live in krakov-Poland I just moved here recently from Algeria I have no work experience no degree but im a very intellectual person and have lot of skills that qualifie me for this job including 2 languages french/english . I was desperate for a job so I lied about having a degree and work experience + I decreased one year in ly high school diploma from 2017 to 2016 .I know lot of you will probably hate me but we all deserve second chances and thsi is my second chance to start a new chapter in my life this job opportunity and trust me I am capable of this role its a simple role anyway. I passed 2 Interviews and they interview me in first place just becaus I lied in my cv and I landed both of them but I declined one and kept the other one Next week I will be signing the contract and I have everything prepared (Fake degree/Edited high school diploma/Fake work experience).

Now im asking is it possible to get caught if they do a background check even tho its hard to contact a university in algeria(I did attend that unversity btw) what are the methodes used to check degree .

And what are the legal consequences ? And should I go for it becaus all I need is a chance .
Im not selling drugs or doing anything bad I just want a job liek the rest of people that suits my needs and my passion. Thank you

if they do a background check

They're most unlikely to do a background check unless it's for a job in banking or the financial sector. They also won't check the authenticity of your degree or other qualifications. However they will keep a copy of your degree on file and it can be inspected by the authorities at any time and as you're not an EU citizen they might check up on its authenticity. What's your residence status in Poland btw? There is a prison sentence for forging documents.

should I go for it

Your best option is to do things legitimately. You're still young and if you start your life/career based on lies and deception, it will affect you for a long, long time. Try to get your life on the right track now.
