1. Is it better to buy almost new (5 to 15 years old) or brand-new build one/in green as we say here?

2. What is better price for money - a row house segment or an apartment?

3. Do you have apartment buildings in Poland where the first floor apartments have larger terraces/balconies over the shops on the ground floor like this: maps.app.goo.gl/1mMfD1B5VGPsRheS9

It is impossible to answer these general questions. It all depends on many factors and individual preferences. Just like the choice between living in London or Rome - both have their pros and cons.

Such buildings are not too popular here.
