Home builders in Poland?

I have been looking at some Lots and Land, and will be traveling back to Poland later this year. I would like to know if anyone has any hints on where to find some companies that build homes? I have searched and searched but can find nothing.

There's a member here called Avalon who builds small developments. Register, make a few posts (so you can send private messages) and then get in touch with him, he might be able to put you in touch with the right people in your area.

where is the plot and how much do you want to spend- and do you or anyone in your family speak Polish?

Alright will do thanks..The Plot we are looking at is around Lublin. Yes my mom speaks Polish and I have cousins and family that live around Poland as well.

A cheaper option is to buy the house plans (books available at empik) and hire a crew to build it. In Lublin the labour will be reasonably priced- cheaper than most other major Polish cities.

Check out this site. They have lots of projects. We paid a few thousand PLN for full architect's plans, and then paid a local architect to make some adjustments.

As for hiring a team of builders, we were very lucky. If you do this, insist on a schedule and insist on a no booze on-site rule.
