Leaving Poland? Any tips for future renters?

Not a good experience, but renting is much cheaper than in Germany or the UK. The process is typically easy (Poles don't like too much bureaucracy), but it depends if you go with a private owner or an agency which can give you paperwork headaches. 1 year is a typical rental agreement length, but some landlords want only 1 month to extend every month to keep their options open.
