Compared to him you are a novice

I concur, however he is slowly learning.
I always thought he was was an old timer, like me,

Age wise ? Nope just a teenager, mentally yes, you are.
Crow is twice Aliens age.
Crow has been a member here for 17 years while Alien is only 18 years old.
Here is the proof by Ms. Atch herself.

Alien wasn't even born yet when the Berlin Wall stood.
He still lives at home with Dad and Mom where his mother cooks for him and does his dirty laundry.
But that is the beauty of the internet, you can be anyone you want to be.

Crow is twice Aliens age.

Unfortunately, that's how long people don't live.

Last nights sunset over Lake Michigan was about as tranquil as it gets.
This is why we call, "God's Country".
I am so blessed to live here.

I have this feeling that I am sliding left.

Can you make it straight?

I am so blessed to live here.

And we are so blessed that you live out there in the sticks, too far away to bother any of us!

I have this feeling that I am sliding left.

I was on my boat when I took it so I didn't have the luxury of being steady.

If you have Picasa you can tilt pictures left and right...I do it all the time to make them straight.

Good enough for the P.F.
I spend too much time here as it is.

Milo, don't you detect the irony in the not-so-intelligent post? We would be blessed not to hear from you in the unfeasible future. Saying that Jonnhy lives too far to bother you, but somehow you keep finding him in the blessed sticks to annoy the hell out of him when Johnny minds his own business.
What happens to your logic? Must be none existent.

Out on the lake as summer winds down.

There is something sad about it...and then comes TG and Christmas.

Yes it is. I'm testing resizing my photos on PF's link to a new site. Works on photos on my laptop but not from my mobile.

Hey Ptak, I caught one of them 30 pound (13.5 kg) salmon today.
What a fight that was.
In the smoker he goes tomorrow.
I had to crop the picture to stay faceless.

Actually I limited out on salmon.
Since Poland offers no such fishing of the sort, I can see why you are jealous of not being able to eat fresh smoked salmon for free.
You like your bathtub carp.
This one I fillet and seasoned with Jamaican fish seasoning and will fry in breadcrumbs and flour mixer.
The other one I will bake later in the week.
Yummy !

The thins I love is peace and tranquility of where God has allowed me to live.
This is last night's beautiful sunset and another salmon (26#'s) to smoke in my smoker.
God has blessed me with more than I deserve,

Yep, two salmon in 2 days.....🐟🐟
johnny reb  47 | 7728
3 Oct 2024   #170
That would be two more than you caught. Hoot !
Actually I limited out on salmon.

The limit is FIVE per day, son.
I caught five Tuesday and two last night
5 + 2 = 7
That is all I can use so I am done for the season fishing salmon.
Now show us a picture of the salmon you caught.
What are the things you love Allen ?

Well, I also caught my salmon, smoked from Norway, bought today in Lidl for a very affordable €25 per kilo. 😉

So you admit to being a lousy fisherman too.
bought today in Lidl

Still no pictures though.
Did you read on the label that your salmon from Norway was most likely farm raised in captivity ponds ? Yuk !
I smoked the wild salmon that I caught from freshwater Lake Michigan with apple wood for free and they were fresh, and I ended up with about 14kg.
14kg times 25 euro per kilo = 350 euro worth of fish for free.
You probably didn't know that you can freeze smoked fish to enjoy later in the winter.
Meanwhile like I said, the salmon run is ending, and the steelhead trout are starting to come up the tributary rivers from Lake Michigan to spawn.
I will be fishing for them now until snow flies.
Can you buy freshwater wild steelhead trout at Lidl ?
Pictures of steelhead trout to follow.
Here was sunset last night along the shore of freshwater Lake Michigan.

I was in Lidl yesterday, got some of their own label smoked Pacific sockeye and also some smoked Rainbow trout. Both are excellent, highly recommended. Unfortunately I can't tell you what they cost, I don't bother looking at the price tags of things I know I like. Must be terrible to have to live one's life begging food from strangers at docks!

And what is it exactly???
shlt list.

You are on a shyt list of many decent posters, including me, but without engaging Ignore function. :):):)

You are on a shyt list

I've lost the desire to comment on his posts since he doesn't respond to them. This is typical ostrich tactics (as I've already written). Head in the sand, butt up.

Yes Allen, the trolls have a tough time staying On - Topic of the threads, don't they. 🥴
I love the summer sunsets over Lake Michigan.
Here is last nights after glow when I was fishing.

Sunsets are funny things...We like them because we know that the new day is only 12 hours away.

But mainly because we will be able to get some sleep.
