... has he done anything remotely good since Goodfellas?

I have to agree with you. He did those silly comedy movies afterwards like " Meet the Fockers" and Bad Grampa" a bad rip off of "Bad Santa"

Was he in Casino? If yes, was he any good?

Casio was good, it was prominently Joe Pesci though.

Its hard for me to watch anything with DiNiro anymore

Idiots like him have too much money or are just too stupid to realize how much damage they inflict on their own brand by talking libshit.

talking libshit.

Yes - that's why you'all don't rate De Niro. Sorry that I was so dumb as not to grasp that you were biased:))

He turned into such a lazy actor.

No, that's Al Pacino - "oooh aah"!

I'd include Nicolas Cage.... but he wasn't so much lazy as crazily determined to turn himself into a parody of himself.

OT: Have you seen the Dublin Murders? If so, what did you think of it?

Dead Snow 6.5/10, and for fans of the genre (trash-horror) can be up to 7.5/10

Overall a solid fun. The characters go to spend the winter in the mountains, of course a hut in the middle of nowhere, and there they are preyed on by Nazi zombies.

This film is exceptional. No Nazi zombies, just Mexico City at night:

- Brick (2005)

Here is one excellent film (to me personally 8.5/10, the atmosphere is brilliant 9.5/10 and everything else is great) already it has a cult status.

The Mission (1986) - A film with a powerful message, a strong De Niro performance and a very sad ending.

Lucky (2017)

The last film and the final role of the great Harry Dean Stanton, practically the whole film is a farewell letter from this distinctive actor, great supporting roles. The final scene is so symbolic it gives you goosebumps.

A Quiet place (2018)

The film lasts, by today's standards, a short 90 minutes, but through every minute of the film a great tension is felt. Each scene is important because it reveals something new about the characters and their relationships in unusual conditions. This is not just pure horror with a terrifying monster. One family has been brought to the forefront and we watch it live without a single sound. Great and original film full of suspense.

A Quiet place (2018)

I might watch this one tonight then. Ive heard it was good from several ppl.

I watched the new Borat movie last weekend and it was too vulgar, turned off all the women I was watching with, not funny at all.

See the Vast of Night... Sci-Fi/Mystery/Thriller

To me the most pleasant film experience of this year.

Source Code is one of the better films that I watched in the last 10 years.

Great recommendation for Searching. One of the few movies I've watched lately in which I enjoyed the film for those over an hour and a half.

Coherence (2013)

(this is Sci-Fi in all its glory, at least if you ask me)

Low budget SF mystery filmed in just 5 days at one location. Incredibly great, so the film suited me like a big SF fan. The story is a bit complicated especially later when the yarn ball starts to unravel, but a very intense film. Anyway top grade.

Upgrade (2018)

It's a bit surprising that this film falls into the low-budget category because it looks great visually. Adrenaline fun action Sci-Fi movie with a bloody end to the conflict. Although it doesn't look so original at first, as we've seen the theme of revenge many times, I have to admit that the film is a real refreshment. The objections of the film refer to the characters, because apart from the main character, who is masterfully rounded off, the rest of the characters practically do not exist.

10 Cloverfield Lane

Don't Breathe

Both excellent and intense films.

One year to go till 2022 and this is a reality

Released Christmas 1972 (official released 1973) they released Soylent Green. it was just a tree hugging concept about "Out of control Green House" but it became a reality apparently that takes place in 2022 NYC.

Im glad they didn't remake this classic. Edward G. Robinson's last roll. He died halfway in the film being made in real life. He actually knew he was dying during his scene where he goes to die. not to be a spoiler if you never saw it. it's dated, a bit hoaky at times but it has a cult-film status and did from day one. I think it got **** reviews. Ever since Ben Hur, Hollywood was disappointed with Heston for making "silly sci fi and disaster films" **** Hollywood.

Terminator: Future War

They need to make an entire movie based on this concept or short film created by some indy studio or some dude on youtube (who knows). Damm this is the **** guys. Terminator is one of my favorite movie franchise series and is all about toxic masculinity which I love. There is no way in todays movie climate in holywood a true sequel to terminator and terminator 2 could be made. they came from a diff era that cant be replicated in todays climate of holywood. But man check out this fan trailer teaser and short film:

Like imagine if they made this movie like this all dark and with techno sound and 80s music etc. and vibe but modern visual flair or motion graphics like this and all set in future not the desert and **** from terminator salvation (which had a few ideas but it definitely did not hit the mark and was made for mass consumption not actual fans like this trailer/short film).

2008 film Gran Torino with Clint Eastwood is superb. Walt Kowalski (Clint Eastwood) is very similar to our Novi. An old bitter man who, however, has a big heart.

Its a great movie.. It was slammed by the lefties bc it was an Eastwood movie, but its a classic in my book. Did you see the Mule? I thought it was good also, yet hes too old to be kicking all that butt! lol

Do you have Netflix? Watch Squid Games...Its really bizarre, has a lot of violence though.

Alien, you just nailed it.
Rich just earned a new nick, "WALT". lmao
Walt Kowalski has built some strong, powerful defenses to his ego. He's really alone and in slavery to his misguided attempts to experience life - he's caught up in the only way he knows how - and in a sense, he's simply living out his life until he dies a very lonely and angry old man. Every once in a while, he breaks into a coughing fit and begins to see blood coughed up. After finally going to a clinic for blood tests, he informed he's dying of lung cancer. With no one really around him anymore because he's driven them all way, he's having to face an isolated and painful ending.

This review of the movie describes the life of Rich but in the end, Walt caught on with spiritual alignment where Rich hasn't yet.

Why? It only increases passion. Then also, woman's brain demand constant action and reaction.

Here you see Raka isn`t satisfied with his dinner and he says to his wife `I know where I can find good diner` and move. When wife says she will abandon him but, he counter to her `go somewhere to learn how to cook and then come back`. Then he goes to neighborhood, while his wife begs...

`Vratice se rode` - Raka pita sta ima za veceru

Go speak to Raka about woman`s rights and other mental shi*. Man, woman must be ruled. They are happier when ruled.
