My comment was that states like Illinois do not need any such laws since contract killing of babies is already legal - any time for any reason and without the targetted person's, the baby, consent. Even if the baby and mom are perfectly healthy.

With all that in place already, I should be able to walk into any ER and sign a contract to kill me. "My body, my decision"...And that "privacy" between me and my executioner...if it's good for pregnant women, it's good for me.
