ok you passed the test - however that KRS is illegal is an opinion - according to the constitution every bill is legal unless it is challenged in the Constitutional Tribunal - the former KRS was an abomination because the judiciary appointed new judges - which meant the judiciary was an authority unto itself (especially that presidents of regional courts formed the majority in KRS) - also the constitution doesn't say the representatives of the judiciary in KRS have to be appointed by judicial bodies so it's vague at best - the constitution sends for details to a parliamentary bill - which means it is not obvious that the current bill about KRS and current KRS itself are illegal - the current constitution is a dud simple as that

by the by - if the judiciary is an authority unto itself then the judiciary is the only authority - the idea of checks and balances like in the US Constitution is not there in such case - this is shown in how the judiciary were so fiercely defending judges who broke the law in various ways
