Presidential elections 2020 - your opinions about campaign, candidates

@pawian
If they declared a state of emergency, the country would collapse. This "democracy" is not strong enough to withstand such games. The United States would abandon Poland overnight. Declare a state of emergency over what? Pandemic? They have fixed everything. No, they have set their course and now have to ride this out.

Trzaskowski: 30.30%

Has Trzaskowski crossed the magic line of 30% now?

They will declare the state of emergency which will delay the elections till autumn or even further.

In September things will actually get worse for PiS. They need to fix the election as soon s possible. That's why they had insisted on an even earlier date with all election going postal on which project they illegally wasted about ZŁ30 million by premturely printing voting cards.

If they declared a state of emergency, the country would collapse

I concur with this. If they did it, then the egg - as JR says - would be dripping off JK's face for ever (like it is dripping off Lazarus' face right now)..

pavlova

What? Why did you change my user name into pavlova in the quote? hahaha Didn`t your parents teach you it is improper to change sb`s names like that?

I suppose you meant it as offensive. But how? Why did you think it is abusive? I have very positive associations reading it. :):

Well, I don`t mind, you can do what you want but it isn`t the best way to run a discussion coz you introduce unneccessary mess into it. At first I didn`t realise you were talking to me, only later I saw it was your answer to my previous post.

If you have to do it, try to connect it with pawian - baboon then I will know immediately it is to me. What derogatory monkey words do you know? I will gladly learn. some.

hahahahahahahaha

@Pawianeczek No was not meant to be abusive at all. Just like playing with words.

So this is Trashkowskis idea of charity. 20 Grosze. I would be ashamed but some people have no shame. But I guess ties into PO fans of Social Welfare so the PO drones here will be attacking him for giving the poor old lady any money at all :/ "handouts to bottom feeders , they will just have 4 kids " etc .

Trump has endorsed Duda, another reason he has my vote.

@Cargo pants
Where did he endorse him? Not any time yesterday. Saying Duda "will be very successful" in the upcoming election is not an endorsement. Its conjecture. Another twist of words that has no resemblance of reality.

I heard that christianpaul.pl has some excellent designs.

duda-at-the-white-house

There is no endorsement there. Its an opinion piece. At no time did Trump say he endorses Duda, or that he supports his re-election. Trump isnt that stupid.

I agree but Poland is accepting our troops and paying:) its enough for me to respect Duda.

I heard that christianpaul.pl has some excellent designs.

He's a famous non-existent designer who says that Duda's wife is a 'real style icon'.

They have no shame about just making things up.

They have no shame about just making things up.

It's pretty much the sign of desperation on their part. Duda is now coming 4th among young people, and it's clear that the internet-savvy generation can see through these lies almost instantly.

Brate Duda, you aren't perfect, Svetovid knows that, but may He help you, on His day, June 28th, that you win because you didn't betray Racowie!

Duda is now coming 4th among young people,

Trzaskowski looks like he'll go through to a second round; when that happens all bets are off. PiS are disliked and distrusted so much.

It could easily be a repeat of a few years ago when the PiS/LPR/SO coalition was defeated by people coming together to get rid of those clowns.

all bets are off

I wouldn't like to bet on this election either way right now. PiS will throw something major at the wall between this Sunday and the 12th June, but whether it sticks or not is another question.

My bet is that we're going to see a major cash giveaway to people aged 18-30, possibly even something really major like "deposit for the first property".

Sounds like a good idea, We have a first home buyers grant in Australia. Its better idea than PO ecological home renovation cash. Google just announced 2 milliard investment in Poland so I guess they don't seem too concerned about Duda LGBT words, which is suprising as one of the most liberal companies in the world.

Sounds like a good idea

It can be if it's done properly and with minimal bureaucracy, but the devil is in the detail. It could easily backfire though, as people are quite hostile towards property developers who would gain massively from this.

Yes, as a Pole, I am so embarassed that PiS is doing such things and making Poland such a third league country verging on dictatorship. People in established democracies probably wonder what those crazy Poles are up to. Like in 18th century, before and during partitions. What a shame. We will be repairing this damage for decades.

No was not meant to be abusive at all. Just like playing with words.

haha I see. I was only curious why pavlova and what exactly you had on your mind using it.

20 Grosze. I would be ashamed but some people have no shame.

Come on, in Poland card payments are more popular than cash. I can fully understand him - he used all his change to pay in the parking meter.

I haven't used cash for anything since the beginning of March. Even in the supermarkets, I'm using Czech korona coins to get trollies, because I just don't have any złoty in cash at all.

What a shame. We will be repairing

Wot by taking a knee and tearing down statues like Libtard Britain, hell will freeze over before your marxist commie dreams come true in Poland.

Nothing to repair in Poland all is well and moving forward in the right direction.

What? You are just making stuff up now. Since you are consciously lying to defend Trashkowski giving a poor old lady 20 grosze before buying 44 zloty worth of cakes. I did now find a definition for your new nickname in Urban Dictionary

Pavlova Special
To get hit with a still wet and a little crusty *** rag.
to get hit with a *** rag that has been sitting for a little while and is still wet and going dry and crusty.
Have you had a pavlova special before? No. "slap" Now ya have had a pavlova special.

A.Duda has actually signed a nuclear technology deal with the US. For me that was a highlight of this visit.

You are just making stuff up now.

No, this is YOUR role here. :):)

Facts:
1 Trzaskowski had used change in the parking metre earlier on.
2. He decided to buy some cakes at a nearby pastry shop.
3. He was accosted by an old begging woman.
4. He gave her 20 grosz claiming he didn`t have any change. He apologised for that.
5. He went into the pastry shop and bought cakes for 44 zlotys, paying with a credit/debit card.

So, where is anything made up here, darling ? It is you who is manipulating facts! Ha!

PS. Sorry, darling, you have no chance with me in such battles coz a second generation foreign Pole will never know as much about Poland and things happening here as a true local Pole. hahahaha

I got you buuuahahaha

A.Duda has actually signed a nuclear technology deal with the US.

Specifics, Spike, specifics. We could sign the same 'deal' tomorrow with France or Russia, it still doesn't mean anything in the context of a reactor actually being built.
