Calling someone "stupid"
all the time (and just because you don't agree with them at that) isn't "harmless". It's f*cked up. If you really don't understand that - you're f*cked up.
I know I am not stupid, so it doesn't affect my self-esteem, but your behaviour tells me a lot
about you.
I may sometimes call someone stupid/a moron if they call me stupid, but I rarely do that if someone doesn't do it to me first. Someone would have to write something really, really stupid or crazy.
But you're doing this all the time to me (and you started it). That tells me that you're doing this on purpose to put me down and you're
enjoying it. And this is sick. It's your toxicity, your lack of empathy that affects me, because I hate such people. I hate toxic bullies like you.
Besides calling me "stupid" all the time, you also often follow me around on the forum and you're telling me to "shut up" when I discuss with other people. So, you're the control freak here.
And then, sometimes, out of the blue you feel like "flirting" with me or have a little "jokey time" with me and you expect me to behave like nothing happened and like you don't abuse me and pick on me all the time? Well, sorry, but no, thank you, a$$hole. You don't get to abuse me and then flirt or joke around with me whenever you feel like it.
You are trying to apply some soviet mentality here and post-soviet rules.

Even in the US there are some basic rules of
social interaction, some basic principles concerning discussing with other people and some expectations on how a normal person should behave. And you, must often than not, break those unwritten rules.
And no, you won't go to jail for that, you won't even get permanently banned on this forum and I can't "forbid" you to behave the way you want.
I can't forbid you anything and I'm not trying to do that, I'm just saying that you're behaving like a toxic, nasty, angry a$$hole with issues almost all the time and that's not normal. I wanted to see if I could help you to you understand that your behaviour is wrong and that you shouldn't treat other people like that, but since you don't care - I rest my case.
