Malta, my go to place for real Christmas weather (similar to where I grew up) This year the weather wasn't as nice in some previous years but generally okay. Overall a very nice time but I managed to trip over my own two feet and banged up my bum knee a couple days for heading back... thankfully nothing serious.

I read the statement by that PIS guy, her husband. He is really an idiot like all rightists coz he seems to believe that his wife was badly influencing his political career with her antics. No, stupid azhole, quite the contrary, she was helping you gain the support of decent Poles which was good for you coz the homo sovieticuses whose vote you could get aren`t enough to provide you with any top positions. You need a wider support than the one you already have.

Yes, but if you marry a person, then you expect he or she will remain more or less the same as on the wedding day, retaining the characteristics which you found attractive enough to tie the knot for life, in theory at least. :):):)

Sorry,, you made a mistake by supposing I was talking about appearance. No, I meant character, of course. Appearance is bound to change, it is normal. Character should remain the same coz that`s what attracts you to another person with whom you plan to spend the rest of your life.

If it wasn't for the fact that John Lennon is dead, they might try to suspend him too because he himself confirmed that the similarities between his ideals set out in the song and communism were indeed deliberate.

I watched about 10 minutes of it and it seemed interesting. I especially liked the idea of inviting people after amputation to perform on stage. Poland can learn from the French.

I watched most of it (admittedly while cleaning so I wasn't paying that much attention but the dancing was beautiful and the music was great. I only glimpsed that controversial bit so I wasn't aware of the skandal really. Obviously as an atheist it didn't hurt my feeling. As to the artistic value- I would have to rewatch it.
