They should not vote for PiS

Yes, but remember, there are also conservative women with traditional views.
Also, there are women who are lost in life and depend on their male partners in everything, also political choices. They vote like males to feel safe.

depend on their male partners in everything, also political choices.

After all, the elections are secret.

At the same time, you see red when I imply what you think and do. :):):)

There is a simple rule to follow. He who bit*ches doesn't like what he bit*ches about. He who is silent the way PF Euros like Tacitus are is happy and finds nothing wrong with his ruling mob.

As I already said as a compliment, you are an exception in the sea of happy citizens here - aka bootlickers.

Some people are too weak to resist. Paranoidally toxic male partners can easily pry such secrets from their women. :(:(:(:

I still don`t know what to do with this silly PiS referendum. I said before I am going to take the ballot paper and vote against PiS expectations in all points.

However, there are voices advising to refuse the paper at all.

Can decent intelligent anti PiS posters tell me what I should do to vex those gangsters to maximum???

Election silence

Doesn't really apply on a forum from the US...

Election silence

Nope, we can talk freely about the referendum, election silence doesn`t apply to it.

I still don`t know what to do.

What are other posters going to do???

I still don`t know what to do with this silly PiS referendum.

I didn't either, but right now I'm thinking about not taking part in the referendum at all. This makes the most sense to me, because most of those questions are a joke. I agree with what Tusk said here:

bankier.pl/wiadomosc/Byly-premier-tlumaczy-co-jest-nie-tak-z-pytaniami-w-referendum-8627500.html

🤔

Hmm, previously I thought to do as you intend but now it occured to me I will accept the referendum paper and make my choices all against PiS expectations. Later I will see if my vote played a role. :):):)

because most of those questions are a joke.

Exactly. That is why I will treat it as a joke. :):):)

I will accept the referendum paper and make my choices all against PiS expectations.

On third thoughts, I refused to take it. A good decision.

Exit polls suggest that PiS lost not only power in Poland but also their pathetic referendum - only about 40% of voters chose to take part so it is invalid coz the minimum is 50%.

You have to believe in the wisdom of the people.

but also their pathetic referendum

May I ask whats so pathetic about it? Isn't it a good thing that a gov wants to ask it's people about some not quite unimportant questions?

@Bratwurst Boy
You are writing to a EURO litist bootlicker, shouting out slogans he does not understand or stand by and only uses them as a weapon against his opponents, just as his words! What is so surprising to you? That he despises democratic procedures?
Bratwurst Boy  8 | 11927

That he despises democratic procedures?

Yes, that is abit surprising....you can be pro Euro, even a leftist and still acknowledge the democratic value of a referendum, any referendum!
gumishu  15 | 6193

any referendum!

your arrogant sarcasm only speaks about you - the referendum issues were important to about 40 per cent of those eligible to vote - some of the questions in the referendum were a nail to the coffin of PO in 2015 elections (the retirement age)

I'm sorry to sound arrogant, but my question is meant serious....

When not enough people think that referendum worthwhile that still doesn't make it "pathetic".

@Bratwurst Boy
You see BB, in my opinion the left-winged opposition in Poland simply projected their type of rule as a form of criticism of PiS.

So Poland will now become more authoritarian, less democratic, more elitistic. Simply put, more like Brussels. Enjoy, I got out of there. My long lived dream is over and crushed. This voting last night sealed the deal.

Truly, a fair and good Poland is no more. Now there will only be fake smiles, robbery and fake shakes of hands.

I feel like a German post ww-1, like a Soviet post 1991.

It's horrible

Even so, Gruni! Can't you hold out till the next elections?

Come on!!! Heads up! :)

BB, I see you don't know much about Polish politics and you don't understand what that referendum was about :)))

I am 32 (soon 33), focusing on a higher education now would be pointless to become a military officer.

For next four years they will most likely lower amount of soldiers, not increase it and put flowers in rifles.

No use for me trying a army career as I will be too old. By 4 years I'll be 36 (to be 37). I will be too old to start my military career. It's over for me

BB, I see you don't know much about Polish politics and you don't understand what that referendum was about :)))

Probably!

I just wish we in Germany would have been asked more often about important questions...maybe I'm projecting....or I need a coffee!

For next four years they will most likely lower amount of soldiers, not increase it and put flowers in rifles.

Seriously?

I would call our Scholz gov also left-leaning, but since Russia decided to visit unasked it's neighbour they have become quite the military supporters, ramping up money and plans.

I can't imagine any polish gov becoming now flower-power-hippies! Not in this time and age, with this many hot crises!

you don't understand what that referendum was about

yeah the referendum was about retirement age, government being able to selling state-owned companies, and letting in illegal immigrants according to Brussel's demands - if you find these topics unimportant then I congratulate you (you must have more important political issues on your mind then)
Paulina  16 | 4353

When not enough people think that referendum worthwhile that still doesn't make it "pathetic".

60% of voters decided that it wasn't worthwhile and that it was pathetic. This is why I refused to take part in that referendum - because it was PiS' pathetic attempt at scaremongering and most of the questions were a joke.

if you find these topics unimportant

Of course I don't find these topics unimportant, but as I wrote already most of those questions were a joke and this whole referendum was useless/unnecessary.
gumishu  15 | 6193

questions were a joke

please explain why they were a joke, could you?

@gumishu, I could waste my time by explaining it to you, but have you been living under a rock? You didn't talk to people, you didn't read articles, didn't watch the news? You honestly don't know why majority of voters refused to take part in that referendum or simply didn't care about it?
