EU countries have not been a "safe third country" due to EU law.

Nothing to do with the German constitution.

Even if Germany is that stupid, not every foreign scum is Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn.

How many are you willing to accept? A number, not an essay...

Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn.

No, it is not. Germany has already announced that it will stop granting asylum to Syrians after the overthrow of the Assad regime

As far as I know, we have.

Germany has already announced that it will stop granting asylum to Syrians

1. Prove it.

2. Which Syrian? Those outside or inside Germany?

3. If inside, will Germany deport them to Syria or Poland?

4. If outside, how will Germany stop them from coming to Germany from another EU country?

Hey, dumb polak, get a bigger knife before debating me.

I have no intention of doing it. If you have any questions on the above matter, ask the German government spokesman.

Unfortunately, in a democracy, you don't hold a referendum on topics that would be inconsistent with the constitution.

Yes, you do when the gov decides who and how many asylum seekers will be admitted.

Not every applicant qualifies and your constitution is not specific enough. Somebody has to decide. The ruling mob should have no authority over how many. This decision should belong to the people and be expressed through a referendum.

Are you prepared to admit 100 million asylum scum just because you were stupid to pass that idiotic EU rule?

If you say yes, you are a bigger moron than I thought. If you say no, you are an idiot who has no idea how to stop the 100-millionth plus 1.

Get a bigger knife or STFU, confused little Polish boy...

I worry for Poland. Why Poland follow NATO and EU in every crappy situation? And why Polish politicians speaks similar like Hakan, Erdogan, Zelenski, Biden and other utter morons and obvious maniacs?

A German man who was recently exonerated after spending 13 years in prison for a crime he did not commit has been presented with a €100,000 ($104,000) bill for his incarceration expenses, sparking widespread condemnation.

Is it in the water or are Germans really insane...You have already proven your sanity with open borders and going along with US MICC against Russia so you can stop trying...

€100,000 ($104,000) bill for his incarceration expenses,

The reliability of your information is about as good as the reliability of your source, RT. You forgot to mention that the above wrongly convicted person has already received statutory compensation in the amount of €370,000. After which he claimed additional compensation for lost wages etc. in the amount of €750,000. The prosecutor then billed him for board and lodging and the wages he earned in prison at €100,000. Certainly this prosecutor behaved with the finesse of an elephant in a china shop or Nowichok on PF, but once you know the facts you can form your own opinion.

@Alien

The prosecutor then billed him for board and lodging and the wages he earned in prison at €100,000.

Indeed. This is how such cases are handled. One can frame it in a cynical and inflammatory way like RT does to no ones surprise but ultimately it is just due process.

That's not how it works.

If you don't like my source, cite yours to prove mine wrong or STFU.

One can frame it in a cynical and inflammatory way like RT does

Or one can give an example to support one's claim. Here is the link and your chance to make your point the way adults do it.

How often do you read RT to come to this conclusion?

I already did. Or to be more exact, Alien did. There is nothing left to add.

How often do you read RT to come to this conclusion?

There is no value in reading that garbage.

Dear Russia, if you have to drop something, drop it on Western Euros.

Europe is worried that Russia could attack countries beyond Ukraine.
At the same time, Trump has suggested the US would be less involved in helping its NATO allies.
Without US support, Europe lacks a key capability needed in a conflict with Russia.
Trump has tried to light a a fire under Europe's dead ass to get them prepared for WW3.
I only hope they start listening so when Trump tells them, "Not our problem" that they don't try to blame the U.S.A.
Europe has been told.

Why I hate Brits...

Assad's critically ill wife 'barred' from returning to Britain for cancer treatment after passport expired

But you don't need a passport to enter the UK if you are a black Muslim scum on a dinghy....

BTW, she is a British citizen. Her passport can be extended in five minutes or less...

Whats wrong with cancer treatment in Russia? Its probaly faster than waiting 8 months to see a doctor in England.

North Lagos is her home now. She can get medical treatment there.

Of course she is entitled to renew her UK passport and go home but she has to follow the normal process like all other citizens.

No evidence whatsoever that she had any problem with her husband killing and torturing people..... she can be treated in russia (ha ha ha ha ha!!!!) and/or apply for a new passport like any other citizen (and face probable arrest on her arrival in Britain...).

I would not have any problem with the UK revoking her citizenship (the same way they revoked the citizenship of shamima begum).

Its probaly faster than waiting 8 months to see a doctor in England.

She wouldn't wait eight months to see a doctor in the UK. She's not resident in the UK and would have to establish residency in the UK before she would qualify for treatment by the NHS, which in her circumstances would take about 12 months from the day she moves to the UK.

she has to follow the normal process like all other citizens.

Exactly, she hasn't had her citizenship revoked, she just doesn't have a valid UK passport at the moment. Technically speaking she doesn't need a UK passport in order to be let into the country, she'd just have to convince the immigration official that she is entitled to enter the UK, which in her circumstances would be simple.

which in her circumstances would be simple.

...since stupid Brits admit thousands every month without passports and visas...Just land and say "asylum"...
