America didnt ask the nasty towelheads from far away arab lands to start all the BS in OUR front yards i.e. 9/11

Thanks for that bit of humor. Funnier yet, some actually believe this. Too funny!

Richasis, Ahmadinejad is not an Arab. He is Iranian. Iran is not an Arab country.

Richasis knows that I'm sure. He put Arab in closed caption form.

Of course...hence my response to Zbyszko (you may want to read back/up a bit):

Ahmedinajad and you!

What...more humor? Neither one of us is 'Arab'.

Neither one of us, as in Ahmedinajad and myself, is 'Arab'.

Yes, Ahmadinejad is a Persian (Indo-Aryan / Indo-Iranian).

Richasis knows that I'm sure.

Thanks, Seanus. Yes, I was responding to Zbyszko's "Arabs did 9/11".

He retorted with the above comment, hence implying the correlation.

As an American, I am beginning to enjoy watching the colonization of Europe. :)

When the Europeans worked with the islamic world to make the Euro the currency oil was traded in we all saw it for what it was. Saddams oil bourse never really got off the ground. neither will Irans. Do you see it now?

Exactly, Timotei. France and Britain, 2 nuclear powers, have had their heyday and its time for them to be humbled. However, colonised by who?
Tymoteusz 2 | 346

Not the US. We've had our heyday as well.

colonised by who?

He means by Islam.

>^..^<

M-G (thank God that only a few Americans have a clue about how Europe works)

Well, I don't mind a Muslim presence here in Europe but as long as the powers-that-be here don't thrust radicalisation on us. There are evil people here that would do that and have indeed done that already in the Balkans.

Patriot missiles? Word has it that Tusk has already purchased some but for what?

don't thrust radicalisation on us

Do you think you would have a choice in the matter?

Islam is radical.

its time for them to be humbled

WTF.

Of course not, that's the point! Many would like you to believe that Islam is completely radical. Some Muslim countries are not that aggressive at all, look at Jordan.

Colonisation was done for selfish reasons. Anyway, this is about missiles. Why does Poland need them? Why not invest in the roads here?

Well that's my view and if you want it (islam) you can keep it.

No, I don't want it to grow at all. I'm just saying that the Western press manipulates us too much.

Patriot missiles? Odd business!

Islam is radical.

Most of the time.. yes. It's pretty much time everyone in the West came to terms with this.

You stick you hand in a barrel of snakes.. some of them won't bite you. Doesn't mean it's advisable practice.

The two aren't mutually exclusive. The US tax payer is financing one, and the Germans and the Dutch are financing the other...

What is the US taxpayer not funding these days? Patriot missiles are not needed now.

Because the Polish government wasn't happy about missile defense not happening. That military alliance is very important to Poland. I guess the US is pretty much the only major world power that hasn't invaded Poland or betrayed a military alliance. Long memories around here.

From what perceived threat may I ask?

Ask Sokrates, take the first answer.
Seanus 15 | 19,672
17 May 2010 #296
Why would Sokrates be able to shed any light on it? I was asking you. I see no pressing need for those missiles.

Sb here said the deal has already been done. Political opportunism on Tusk's part. Russia didn't want him to buy them but he took advantage of the more harmonious political climate between Poland and Russia. If he is trying to modernise Poland, then fine. However, others are scaling back on that front to move towards fewer weapons. Given Poland's history, getting those missiles would be no bad thing.

They aren't buying anything. A single US Patriot battery will be rotated in and out of Poland from Germany. They won't even be based here.

How does an apparent urgent need for security turn into a silent point?
