German Empire only pretend that is on the side of NATO

Cut down on them obsessions of yours. :):)

whilst the EU attacks Poland

Darling, it is solely the fault of the PiS government - they do as they want against the EU law, so they are treated as criminals. Simple.

The Baltics states rely on Poland as their main defender

Defender yes, but not the sole weapons provider.

lrt.lt/en/news-in-english/19/1846566/lithuania-signs-495m-contract-with-us-for-himars-systems

On Thursday, Lithuanian Defence Minister Arvydas Anušauskas met with the US Defence Secretary Lloyd Austin in Washington and signed the contract for acquiring High Mobility Artillery Rocket System (HIMARS) launchers.

For a preliminary price of 495 million US dollars, Lithuania is buying eight HIMARS launchers from the US, along with several types of missiles, including long-range missiles that can reach targets 300 kilometres away.

GOOD!!! The more Himars, the merrier!!!

Poland, Lithuania and Ukraine are calling for the European Union to pass its 10th sanctions package against Russia in February, including hitting Belarus with tougher punitive measures and Russia's nuclear sector, EU diplomats said Friday.

Nice. Thank you. Why don`t we introduce the 20th package right now to avoid unnecessary delays???

It looks like not only the Baltic States depend on Poland for defence. Germany, too. Poland is buying new armament for billions and enlarging the army.

Joint statement by Poland and the Baltics on Russian participation in the Olympics

Latvian Foreign Minister said:

Decision by @Olympics to allow Russian and Belarusian athletes to compete in the next Olympics is immoral and wrong. 🇷🇺continues its war against 🇺🇦, it must be isolated. As all tyrannies it uses sports for political purpose. IOC should not become complicit in 🇷🇺propaganda efforts

Poland and other Baltics agreed and announced further efforts to block Russian athletes.

Putin is too shitscared to even touch Latvia and Estonia which are under NATO protective umbrella

BS. He is like Hitler who risked the war with Poland against her alliance with France and GB. He correctly predicted Western countries would not come to aid militarily if Poland collapsed quickly. And it happened.

Putin thinks in the same way - if he invades and quickly occupies the Baltics, the West and NATO won`t react militarily.

Former commander of the land forces, General Waldemar Skrzypczak, praises the decision of the Baltic countries to build a border defensive line against a potential aggression of Russia. In his opinion, the Polish authorities should take a similar step. - During hostilities, it is too late to build fortifications - he said.

The story of building fortifications goes back to last year when Russians built extensive defence lines in southern Ukraine which later halted Ukrainian summer offensive.

Now Ukrainians are building such defences in northern Ukraine to protect Kyiv region from another Russian attack.
The Baltics are planning to build similar lines at their border to stop Russian invaders.

Time for Poland - the Suwałki region in northern Poland is the territory which some experts dub as the main cause for the coming NATO vs Russia war.

It is nothing new. That would be an obvious thing to do. You see in this both PiS and PO are on the same page. They are doing nothing. Like lime parties that they are.

Also,. it would be obvious to take Królewiec.

Of course it is new. Stop pretending you thought about it before. Too late! :):):)
Actually, the general`s is the first voice in Polish media about building such fortifications.

Estonians learnt that the Polish army ordered 3500 missiles and 600 launchers.

The military budget of Poland is seven times higher than the combined budgets of the three Baltic states.

True, but Poland is larger and has a larger population than the three baltic states combined.

The answer the initial question, no, the Baltic states do not depend purely on Poland for their defence, but NATO.

Formally yes, but they have become far more co-operative when Ukraine got invaded. They know if ***** hit the fan, Poland is very close and interested.

Is Poland getting ready for another German invasion or only for one from Russia?

another German invasion

What do you mean another??? The last time they invaded a country was in 1941 aka 83 years ago. During that time Russia invaded a dozen countries, starting from Hungary in 1956.

only for one from Russia?

Only! You don`t suppose Hungary will try to invade us when Russians give up???

The Baltics must have felt more secure after recent interview with a Polish general in which he warned imperial Russians against attacking Lithuania or Poland.

The German "Bild" quoted a fragment of the general's speech, when he referred to the prospect of Russia violating Lithuania's state border.- Not on the first day, but in the first minute. We will hit all strategic targets within a radius of 300 kilometers . We will hit St. Petersburg directly - emphasized Andrzejczak. He added that Russia must realize that "an attack on Poland or the Baltic countries would also mean its end, even without the use of nuclear weapons
"Rajmund Andrzejczak also pointed to the missile systems purchased by Poland, which, with the use of appropriate ammunition, can have a range of 900 kilometers . In a straight line from our border to St. Petersburg is less than 800 kilometers.

However, I must admit it was surprising he mentioned Polish retaliation on Leningrad instead of Konigsberg.

Zero surprise. *rolls eyes*

When Russia invades Baltics, Poland will respond in the first minute. When Poland is invaded, Germany will send some helmets and France will write a strong letter of protest.

Why do we always have to be the ones putting our arses on the line for others? Pan Generał Andrzejczak will sit safely and comfortably in a warm staff HQ room somewhere whilst it will be my head that Russian bombs will be falling onto. :-/ So maybe, just maybe, this one time in history, this f*cking once, we could shut up and don't stir sh*t even more than it's stirred already?

shut up

Don`t be stupid and put your pathetic Russophilia away for a while. Russia threatens the West every day. It is time to threaten Russia at last.
Poland has no choice coz such is our national character. Once we refused to yield to German demands and it caused WW2. Let Russians remember about it.

Russia threatens the West every day.

Who? Some TV muppets? Putin said himself that he doesn't want war with NATO, so why do we need this "we will hit everything in the first minute" rhetoric? And this is coming from a top general. Doesn't make sense. Let them concentrate on our battle readiness (which is still far from satisfactory) so if the sh*t hits the fan we will actually be able to cause some damage. Less talk, more action--that's what I would advise to our generals.

Russophilia

It doesn't take any Russophilia to realise that Russia is not a hostile nation towards us and doesn't have any territorial claims on Poland, and that any war with Russia would come at a very high cost to us, so even if it's "won" would hardly be a "victory".

Once we refused to yield to German demands

Yeah, yeah - "nie oddamy nawet guzika" and "two weeks in Berlin". Remind me how that went?

Doesn't make sense.

No, it makes perfect sense.
Russian TV puppets say things which Putin prefers not to say himself.
Poland must make an impression of a country prepared to face Russian attack. This is a basic rule of the successful deterring policy.

Remind me how that went?

We lost coz we fought on two fronts - against Germany and Soviet Russia.
How many fronts today????

doesn't have any territorial claims on Poland,

BS. You talk like an imperial Russian or their agent. Stop it coz I get nausea while reading it. Poland possesses the so called Suwałki Corridor which Russians need to reach Konigsberg as the shortest route.

How many fronts today?

Hmm... good point. No single country in history has ever managed to conquer Poland. It always took two or three superpowers to defeat us.

Poland possesses the so called Suwałki Corridor

And whoever tries to take it will have a corridor drilled through their arses. Russia knows this. That's why it would be safer (and easier) for them to go through Lithuania. To which, of course, we would have to respond - not from love to Samogitia but from our allied duty - but it's better to talk less and do more than to rattle the sabre.

If certain Baltic states are closer they would already rotate around Serbia.

But, as it is, certain Baltic states wait that Serbian meditation between Poland, Belarus and Russia finish and so we all learn to whom, on the long run, in a new architecture of Europe, belong territory of certain Baltic states.

Fortunately the Suwałki Gap is fortified to the teeth because of the threat that r*SSia poses.

As Kania says, Lithuania is slightly more likely however as far as I know, the Baltics are thoroughly protected by troops both local and from other NATO countries. It's hard to imagine the r*SSians being able to do much without tactical nukes which would of course invite a response that would be undesirable for them.

What?

Suwalki is neutral ground. Who sane would fortify Suwalki and threaten global peace?

The military budget of Poland is seven times higher than the combined budgets of the three Baltic states.

He, he. Very wise.

Poland. Poland. Well, it won`t affect mediation, you know. But may help. He, he.

When Russia invades Baltics, Poland will respond in the first minute.

Really? Let me think about it. What Lithuania is doing for us? What should be doing and aren't doing? I think time to put some issues on the table and see how much they respect us and expect our help. If not ...there are other options.
