in Germany there was a transplantology scandal recently and the number of transplantations dropped significantly becasue people don't want to be donors anymore for the fraudulent doctors - guess what - noone is blaming the police there but corrupt doctors

A history of Heart transplantation in Poland was connected with Religa.

good point - was Religa evil pawian ??? like all PiS is in your e

let's see what happens when the people get angry at PO and PSL when they are out of jobs which can happen quite soon -

Do you really believe they will turn down PO and PSL and happily run to choose PiS because it will promise more jobs? Oh sancta naivitas!

there is no way to run in Europe now (not so many jobs anywhere crisis everywhere)

Including Poland. But does PiS have a remedy for it?

A history of Heart transplantation in Poland was connected with Religa.

Guys, don`t be silly. What kind of argument is that? Religa was a great surgeon, indeed, but leave the past to history, we are talking about the present times. He died in 2009 and had stopped operating much earlier, especially that he was involved in politics.

s

Parallel to his work as a physician, Religa pursued a career in politics. In 1993, he became a member of the Polish senate and was re-elected in 2001. As the centre and right wing of the Polish political landscape has been in constant flux ever since democracy was reinstated, Religa was a member of several parties and organizations. In 1993, he co-founded the Nonpartisan Bloc for Support of Reforms (BBWR) which gathered behind president Lech Wałęsa and was its leader in 1994. In 1995, Religa became the chairman of the short-lived party "The Republicans" (Republikanie) founded by renegade BBWR members who refused to back Wałęsa in the presidential elections of 1995. However, Religa refused to run for president himself, and the Republicans eventually disintegrated when they failed to enter the Sejm in 1997. Spanning the centre and centre-right of Polish politics, Religa was well-placed to play a significant role in the newly created Conservative People's Party (SKL), which became part of the Solidarity Electoral Action (AWS) in 1997. In 2004, Religa was involved in founding the new Centrum Party and was elected to the position of honorary chairman.

Why mustn`t we allow PiS to rule Poland again?

Because there are still many "privatizations" waiting in line, many "overpriced" public contracts need to be signed, many hospitals waiting to be "commercialized", many regulations, which are against Polish interests (like CO2 nonsense) need to be passed. That's why various "interest groups" are keeping this totally incompetent government in charge.

What I find really sad is that so many people fall for this nonsense, majority either think that Tusk is always right and PiS are some feckin devils, who need to be opposed at all costs or the other way around. We will not make any progress with this kind of thinking. We need a grass roots movement, basically "politicians start doing your feckin job, you get paid for that".

About this pathetic case, my opinion in brief.
1. So called Doctor G. is a stinking criminal, he was proven guilty, no sane person should defend this crap, however Ziobro's stupid speech was totally unnecessary and unprofessional.

2. Setting up CBA was a good idea and sending them to sort out some stuff in health care sector was spot on too, as corruption there was terrible at some point, it's still very bad but it got better at least in small cases, try to "buy" L4 now, you will see it. CBA's leadership trying to get big success quickly made a mistake thought, such institution need several years to get working right, otherwise you get clowns like agent T.

3. Tuleja guy, dude's been running 3rd rate cases for most of his "career", so decided to become some feckin celebrity, send him to Big Brother or some other **** but I don't see how's his mother's past relevant here.

Edit:

It is an old stalinist method to hold children responsible for their parents` deeds.

Today, those who try to press the judge by pointing to his mother, are true heirs of Stalin, indeed.

Right, unless It's about Kaczyński's father of course...

Don`t be silly. PiS wants to push PO out to take over all contracts like they used to in the past!

That's why various "interest groups" are keeping this totally incompetent government in charge.

Another conspiracy theory. :):):):): Guys, you are really incredible, could you come up with better arguments?

What I find really sad is that so many people fall for this nonsense,

I never cease to wonder why PiS nonsense still scores popularity at about 25%!

majority either think that Tusk is always right and PiS are some feckin devils,

No, nothing is only black or white.

We need a grass roots movement, basically "politicians start doing your feckin job, you get paid for that".

Tea Party but without PiS, I agree.

But you know it is impossible in Poland as Kaczyński will never give up.

Right, unless It's about Kaczyński's father of course...

I never used his father against him. I am not as stalinist and sick as other guys.

I don't see how's his mother's past relevant here.

Don't you now? Of course it is relevant.

otherwise you get clowns like agent T.

What make him a clown? Yes he has an air of narcissism but it doesn't make him a clown. Rather media are presenting him like that.

CBA's leadership trying to get big success quickly made a mistake thought

Well maybe, they were trying too much to upkeep public support in the face of mass media war against them. Give CBA few years and under the new management they will be looking the other way.

Another conspiracy theory. :):

So you mean that interest groups do not exist and that nobody become right selling government property? stop talking rubbish peewee.

So you mean that interest groups do not exist and that nobody become right selling government property?

Of course I didn`t say it.
But you must admit that reading the following sentence

That's why various "interest groups" are keeping this totally incompetent government in charge.

one cannot resist laughing.

Can you tell me what would happen if "various interest groups" withdrew their support for the current government?

stop talking rubbish peewee.

Hey, reminds me of Pee Wee Herman! Do thye still show the series? I remember watching it in US. Hilarious! :):):)

But he ended badly.

in Germany there was a transplantology scandal recently and the number of transplantations dropped significantly becasue people don't want to be donors anymore for the fraudulent doctors - guess what - noone is blaming the police there but corrupt doctors

Sorry, I don`t believe you, provide the link to statistics how much they have dropped.

Of course nobody is blaming the Germany police. They weren`t as politically motivated as those maniacs from PiS.

you don;t believe me cause you are blinded by your preassumptions

here you go: m.utsandiego.com/news/2013/jan/07/organ-donations-fall-in-germany-after-scandal

so pawian was Religa evil when he joined PiS
is Zyta Gilowska evil? why did Zyta Gilowska join PiS government?

No, you are extremely biased, that is why I have to check everything what you provide as a fact. Sorry, but it isn`t my fault. :):):)

here you go:

The German Foundation for Organ Transplantation says the number of organs donated fell almost 13 percent to 3,917 last year, the lowest figure in a decade.

Well, 13% compared to 35% in Poland. But, we are talking exclusively about heart transplants in Poland which means life or death for the patient. In Germany, they have a problem with all organ transplants, many of which aren`t so crucial.

so pawian was Religa evil when he joined PiS
is Zyta Gilowska evil? why did Zyta Gilowska join PiS government?

I would never judge people who joined PiS as evil. Everybody has their own reasons. What matters is the action one takes or words one utters as a PiS member. I don`t remember any extreme controvercies about Religa. Gilowska was more controvercial.

it's at the same time very sobering illustratrating the deep divisions that exist between brother Poles :) Makes me a little sad.

Don`t worry, in times of trouble, all Poles will be united again. And Ironside will travel across the Atlantic to give a hand!
Dla ojczyzny ratowiania, rzucił się przez morze!

Never forget, we are divided on trifle issues like current politics, but we all cherish the Spirit of 44.

ever heard about Andrzej Żydek pawian ???

You don`t need to insert your anti-semitism in every thread. It is disgusting.

you must have - this land is ruled by corruption and there is only one political force in Poland that is determined to change it

If you mean PiS, then forget it. They are as corrupted as others but they pretend to be clean. It only makes their moral degradation even greater.

What are you talking about? The article is fool of holes, generalization and stipulation. In the end they got nothing. I would like to know why? Would that be purely political decision?

Is that not clear that development of the geothermal energy in Poland is in the interest of the country?

geothermy is expensive that's why there won't be thousands of Rydzyks - but it pays - Toruń rig has a big capacity of over 300m3/h

Andrzej Żydek was a tax inspector you lazy monkey ass

Former Revenue Inspector Andrzej Żydek set himself on fire in front of Prime Minister's Office at September 23, 2011. It was an extremely desperate act of protest against the cancellation of an investigation into the abnormalities in the Warsaw Praga Revenue. Today, it turns out that Andrzej Żydek was right.

This matter have been compared to the similar case of Ryszard Siwiec at the Warsaw's Decade Stadium in 1968. Andrzej Żydek for three years fought in the Warsaw with tax office irregularities, where he worked. Warsaw prosecutors however, dropped the investigation into this matter.

After more than a year, investigators acknowledged however, that abnormalities actually occurred, and thus Żydek was right. But these acts qualify for disciplinary action, and not for bringing criminal charges to anyone - informs "Dziennik" relying on the Polish Press Agency.
