As for Tusk and his post about that kid who was killed. It is revolting to see that cynical politician Tusk uses some sentimental rhetoric to garner public support; what's worse, he will succeed in doing so.

For what it's worth - the Ternopol strike almost certainly had a military component. The Ukrainians posted a photo of the office opposite where the child died, and there was a grenade launcher hanging on the wall.

Go over the points, see how they are formulated, think about what those points actually mean and how they can (and will!) be interpreted by Russia.
