The NN war criminals will answer for each of those 14.000 when they are on trial at The Hague

...right after the US and the allies answer for the dead civilians in Korea, Vietnam, Iraq, Afganistan, and Russia...

Korean war crimes first...Where should we have the trial?

Nope, actually Putin isnt being charged with any war crimes committed for how the Russian military has conducted themselves in Ukraine. The ICC warrant is for forcibly moving children to Russia which he publicly admitted Russia is doing.

And the reason that Putin hasnt been charged for its long list of war crimes by the military is evidence, you need clear evidence and how for example do you know Putin ordered the massacre at Bucha? Maybe it was just an over-zealous captain who did it but you cant charge Putin for that unless there is clear evidence.

But that doesn't change when a country like Israel or Russia commits war crimes. But the ICC cant act on what we see in the media or even know. They need more compelling evidence because the ICC isn't a kangaroo court.

The ICC warrant is for forcibly moving children to Russia which he publicly admitted Russia is doing.

I was forcibly moved to Germany in 1944. I would testify in defense of those Germans for that act of compassion.

A war criminal - a person who would leave a child to his or her fate in a war zone.

A moron - a Poles who shlts on a person who took a child out of a war zone and to safety.

the ICC isn't a kangaroo court.

It's worse...It's a gang of 18 azzholes aka "judges" the US gave the middle finger to, plus "Don't even think about it, morons..." email...

Maybe when the North Nigerians are sitting in the court you can contact their lawyers with the interesting precedent of something that happened 80 years ago

Why not also show them a pic of your crappy guns and your supposed Lexus as other frequent actors in your backstory.

We are talking about NN Nazis today, killing civilians on purpose.

We are talking about NN Nazis today, killing civilians on purpose.

14,000 in 3.5 years during a war where over a million men have perished already.

That's 10 a day ... or one weekend in Chicago, you stupid Golden Moron...hahahahahahahaha...

The only thing on purpose is you playing your idiotic games with words and spelling...

Pierdolnij sie w ta glupia polska glowe...before you post another crap like the quoted sentence above...

Really...how do you convert a broken Ukrainian dishwasher into a Patriot killer?

On behalf of US MICC, I want to thank Russia...With those Iskanders, our military budget will go up another 100 billion and so will US GDP...

I was forcibly moved to Germany

The charges Putin is facing is " the war crime of unlawful deportation of population (children) and that of unlawful transfer of population (children) from occupied areas of Ukraine to the Russian Federation".

icc-cpi.int/news/situation-ukraine-icc-judges-issue-arrest-warrants-against-vladimir-vladimirovich-putin-and

This is considered a war crime and anyone can be charged.

If Russia didn't care about International Law then it would be less applicable, but remember how after Israel attacked Iran, Putin himself pointed out how the UN and International Law must be respected and adhered to.

So the best thing for Putin to do, is hand himself over to the ICC and have his day in court.

If he has done nothing wrong, then he will be acquitted like other people who have faced ICC charges.

Because International Law matters as Putin stated.

If a random kid in front of you is bleeding badly, would you take him to the ER a mile down the road?

You don't have a cell phone...

They are bleeding badly because North Nigerian murderers were bombing them as part of an illegal invasion
Novichok  7 | 10690

They learned it from Poland - the country that invaded Iraq.

Before the invasion, 99% of Poles didn't know where Iraq was, but the morons invaded it anyway...

Hey, Kor, would you take that kid to the ER a mile down the road or let him bleed to death?

Taking child to ER != kidnaping to another country away from its parents.

They are bleeding badly because

So, we understand rules now. If it is bleeding due to exploston of urkainian shell nearby and you see distinctive fragments of 155 mm NATO shell in their wounds - it is ok to evecuate them to ER. If shell was russian - let them die. If unknown - preferably let them die as well, because any polack will tell that it was russian shell anyway...

So the best thing for Putin to do,

Is to assure that Z will not be able to flee to their villa with underground bunker on Saint Barthélemy island, and end their way in internal prison in FSB building on Lybyanka street, before public process.

FSB

Have no jurisdiction outside r*SSia.

Have no jurisdiction outside r*SSia.

As well as ICC have no jurisdiction both in Russia and United States.

But FSB prison is most convenient place to "work" with such high profile prisoners. Even connected to Kremlin by underground passage. ;) And it will be not FSB, who will deliver it there. ;)
Korvinus  6 | 786

The ICC can investigate crimes within its members or if a country gives it jurisdiction.

Ukraine gave the ICC jurisdiction from 2013 and the Palestinian territories from 2014.

Both of these are decisions any government can make which is why the ICC can investigate crimes and then potentially issue warrants if there is evidence.

Russia, China, Iraq and the US are not signatories of the ICC so you cant charge people with crimes committed in those countries but you can charge people with crimes in countries that are signatories or counties that grant the ICC jurisdiction which Ukraine has done and Ukrainian children were kidnapped within the borders of Ukraine so the ICC charges apply

high profile prisoners

He's not a prisoner, has committed no crime, and will remain President for the forseeable future.

Even connected to Kremlin by underground passage

That is something your vile and shabby nation should be ashamed of.

We laugh at you.

This made me smile a lot.

Scots mercenary fighting for Putin faces eviction from Russia
Jay Fraser, who boasted of killing Ukrainian soldiers, is forced to re-enlist or be deported back to UK after being denied citizenship

Fraser, of Dunblane, Perthshire, has complained that he is "stuck" after "one massive, stupid mistake"."I was under the impression I was able to get citizenship through my service," he said. "They outright refused. I was told either you can be sent back to the UK, which would mean at least 14 years in jail time, or I can sign another contract. I'm eternally stuck until I can get legal issues sorted."

and

However, following snubs by comrades and the rejection for Russian citizenship, he said that while he still believed in a Kremlin victory, he has "no great love for Russia or her people".
He said: "My entire ideological reasoning for coming here collapsed in on itself. I truly realised that I am a Celt and will never be of the Rus."

He told The Telegraph that he nevertheless had "great respect" for his enemy and that "Ukraine as an idea or nation has been proved as valid through the baptism of blood it has gone through".

It gets even worse/funnier:

It was previously reported that Fraser was planning to become a priest before he left to fight for Russia. Father Nils Lubcenko, of the Russian Orthodox Church of St Kentigern in Govan, Glasgow, said parishioners were astonished to see a former member of the congregation boast of killing.

Velund boasts about some crappy tunnel that the North Nigerian spooks use to be able to murder innocent people more quickly.

Meanwhile turning from 1942 to 2025 it seems what the Ukrainians are now able to reach St Pete's with their own drones and now an oil refinery on the Gulf of Finland is ablaze.

But of course they will fold like a camping table when Golden Cow walks away.

Taking child to ER

Would you take a bleeding kid to the ER against his parents wishes because in your judgment the kid will die if not treated in the next 15 minutes and the parents are religious freaks who don't believe in doctors?

...only because Putin is maddeningly nice and restrained...

This war should have been over on March 24, 2022 to make my birthday a truly happy one after Kiev is emptied and made into Hiroshima 2.0 or an Ikea parking lot at midnight.

...only because Putin is maddeningly nice and restrained...

Allow some tolerances for land where more than 30% of russians have close relatives. I definitely will not be happy if Krivoy Rog or vicinity of Dnepropetrovsk will look as Ikea parking lot at midnight...

So, hard work to kill as many banderites as possible but keep alive as many as possible people with normal (not yet damaged beyond repair) brains, take some extra time.
Korvinus  6 | 786

Would you take a bleeding kid

Russia has forcibly transferred almost 20,000 Ukrainian children to areas under its control, assigned them Russian citizenship, forcibly adopted them into Russian families, and created obstacles for their reunification with their parents and homeland.
Novichok  7 | 10690

Allow some tolerances for land where more than 30% of russians have close relatives.

I meant Kiev and only after it was empty of people...That's how nice I am...

Back to the children and that war crime of taking them to the safety of Russia...

Children killed...

Hiroshima - 30,000

Nagasaki - 38,000

Dresden - approximately 6,000

No arrest warrant for Truman or Churchill. Nobody in prison for war crimes.

Vietnam - 84,000 Nobody in prison for war crimes.

Ukraine - 669 War crimes!!! Putin deliberately targets civilians!!!

Now about those Putin's kidnappings...Quoting Wiki:

Ukrainian children have been abducted by the Russian state after their parents had been arrested by Russian occupation authorities or killed in the invasion,[12][13] or after becoming separated from their parents in an active war zone.

So let's see,...which one I would rather experience...death for "freedom and democracy" in Vietnam or staying alive and playing with a cuddly bear in Russia...

Hmm... I will think about it and tell you how I feel...

Is every Polak a Russia-hating moron?

The US has approved the sale of new ERAM missiles to Ukraine. Good news for Ukraine and its defense against the Russian invasion.

united24media.com/war-in-ukraine/what-are-the-new-us-eram-missiles-ukraine-just-got-that-threaten-every-russian-base-400-km-away-11024
ERAM is essentially a hybrid between a cruise missile and a bomb. It has a strike range of 240 to over 400 kilometers (150-250 miles).
