The allies of North Nigeria in their colonial invasion of peaceful Ukraine

Scum Assad who locks up children in underground prisons but is welcomed by Putler in Moscow.

And Iran introduces a new law with decades in prison for showing too much skin and the death penalty for protest

Ukraines finance minister has now said Ukraine can fight until mid 2025 if the US stops funding. So now we have a maximum time table in which negotiations will start. Between Jan 20 and June 30 there should be a peace deal done. As long as no one does anything stupid, the end of the war is in sight. Z said yesterday there is no way they will lower the conscription age, so every Ukraine soldier killed or wounded also brings this closer to an end.

Why do we GAF what happens in Iran? Its none of our business. Syria the same. When people clean up their own backyards first, and take care of their own people first, then they can look at their distant neighbors.

Our own backyard is clean - women can dress how they like here.

It's important to show that the only countries who will deal with NN are vile dictatorships who hate their own subjects

No its not, the west's favourite head choppers are in the ascendency in Syria. These head choppers are trained, funded and supported by NATO countries, Israel and other client states. I know how difficult is is to arm a militia without state help.

NATO has stoked the flames of Islamic violence for more than half a century by a mixture of directly arming and training these head choppers and using their client states

Some people really need to blame NATO the West and Israel for everything... . As much as I'd like us be able to claim credit for the collapse of one of the most brutal dictatorships of the late 20th / earls 21th centuries, I am afraid that has been achieved and caused by others.

We will see how Syria turns out. But given what is now being revealed about the scale of Assad's torture dungeons, things can hardly get worse.

....oh they can!

And I guess lotsa of them quite modern syrian revelers in Berlin and elsewhere, especially the females, will never want to go back!

Or....they are actually fans of islamist nutter rule! Some refugees....

Only blamed for things they deserved blamed for. Uncritical support for any organisation is never a good thing, good kittens are always castrated. Careful when brown nosing.

I was referring to Poland - which I doubt has sent even a single gun to Syria.

@Bratwurst Boy

oh they can!

Assad's rule hardly differed in reality from how hardline islamic regimes tend to opress their people, just under different pretexts.. You could be arrested for anything and everything and disappear in one of his dungeons. The stories that are now emerging from his victims are truly horrifying.

@Barney

things they deserved blamed for

If you want to blame anyone for Syria, blame Assad and his foreign backers. Never mind how his rule provoked the Civil War, he had a prime opportunity to end it after he retook most of Syria in 2016. Instead of making at least some token effort of reconciliation, he doubled down on his opression, refused to negotiate with the groups still opposing him and his misrule and corruption made living conditions in his part of Syria worse and worse. Which meant that he had plenty of enemies who had no choice but to oppose him, no effective army on his own and no loyal population to support him. Once Hizbollah, Iran and Russia could no longer support him, his fall was inevitable.

The stories that are now emerging from his victims are truly horrifying.

Aren't they always?

After the Shah was toppled, there had been horror stories....when the Mullah's will be toppled, there will be horror stories too....after every afghan regime toppling there were horror stories, surely there will be once the Taliban are gone too....

So...I said it before, we can't put on western/german standards on this part of the world....it's the reason we always get it wrong!

Never mind how his rule provoked the Civil War

The Syrian Civil War started in the context of the Arab Spring.

Starting in Tunisia, the tumult then spread to Egypt, Bahrain, Libya, Yemen and Syria.

Tunisia was the only one to reap any kind of success. It democratized and did away with the worst excesses of the Ben Ali regime.

Libya turned into flaming hellhole, being torn apart by warlords and Islamic fundamentalists.

Yemen, though this may be difficult to believe, descended into an even worst state than Libya. Then it got invaded by Saudi Arabia and the UAE. Now millions of children go hungry daily, and a generation has grown up that knows nothing but war.

In Egypt - the "Revolution" so lauded by Obama - brought to power a literal retard - Mohammad Morsi. Forget that the guy was a member of the Muslim Brotherhood - he was simply retarded. Totally unqualified to take children on a field trip to the zoo, let alone run a country the size of Egypt. He got replaced through a military coup, and the ruling junta by all appearances is much better than Morsi.

Syria and Bahrain were the two places that managed to "hold on". In Assad's case by the skin of his teeth, and with substantial Russian and Persian aid.

Remember, that before Jolani and friends rebranded into HTS, their organization was called the Al Nusra Front. The Al Nusra Front, was the official "branch" of Al Qaeda in Iraq - in Syria. Then, because it became so embarrassing for Turkey and Qatar to support "an Al Qaeda offshoot", those guys did a clever rebranding.

Al Nusra was only one of the factions Assad was fighting. He was also fighting ISIL. Somewhere along the margins, he was also fighting the practically non-existent "Free Syrian Army". The "Free Syrian Army" existed only in the imagination of State Department boffins.

The Kurds, who are the only decent people in this whole mess, ended up helping Assadist forces against the Islamists - when they realized that Turkey was attempting to use them as a proxy in crushing Kurdish separatism.

If you think Al Qaeda is better than Assad, I think you're going to be in for a rude surprise.

As regards the people in the jails, the torture cells, the mass graves, etc... I don't have too much sympathy.

In Russia we had serious issues with Islamists. Very serious issues... Mostly these were funded by Saudi and other gulf monarchies. They promoted amongst our Muslim population their troglodyte brand of Islam - Salafism and Wahhabism. Literally a demonic strain of Islam.

Many of them also "disappeared", like in Syria. Some of them reappeared with missing fingernails, and would then go to places like the European Court of Human Rights to complain about Russia, and would then usually emigrate to Sweden or Germany.

Those that would continue to sit in detention, would have a seemingly endless string of people from various NGOs visiting them. Amnesty International, Freedom House, Helsinki Commission, etc. All these organizations would constantly condemn Russia in the strongest possible language, until one day we finally started kicking them out.

These Western agencies all lost credibility with the average Russian by constantly taking the side of the terrorists. Had they had their way, it would have destroyed Russia as we know it. In the same way, Assad was fighting for a secular, multiconfessional state that is not under the thumb of extremist Gulf monarchies or increasingly Islamist Turkey.

Some of our southern neighbors do things worse than Assad. Uzbekistan for example. In 2005, in Andizhan, they killed so many Islamists in a single day that dozens of trucks had to be loaded with the bodies which were then discarded into mass graves. Sad? Yes very sad. But to this day you don't see guys in Uzbekistan rocking those stupid beards, or walking around in sandals.

Sometimes the population starts having stupid ideas, and you need to beat it out of their heads.

One strange thing about our Chechen, Ingush, and Dagestani Islamists is that nobody in Dubai or Doha or Riyadh wants them coming to their countries.

Unless they are used as cannon fodder in Syria or Libya, they want nothing to do with them.

So instead these super-duper mega fans of Sharia law end up traveling to the modern Gomorrah. I never understood why they moved to Germany and Sweden.

at the same time cuddling millions of victims

It is the most abhorrent state on the face of the planet.

No country is worse than them, even cannibalistic Israel.

If you look up "Hypocrisy" in the dictionary - it will say "See: Saudi Arabia".

They never get punished, because they have more money than God, and are permanently under Anglo protection.

In Saudi, they say that the ocean of oil on which they sit - is the "black blood of Allah". It was given to them by the Almighty, so they could do nothing else but focus on being guardians of the two holy places.

They don't use this money to help their own people, or their Muslim brothers in places like Yemen (instead they rain bombs down on them). No, they prefer to give this money to those same Jews and Americans which they claim to hate.

It's very sad that Saddam wasn't allowed to end that miserable state once and for all. His plan after Kuwait was to deal with the rotten house of saud. The Saudis were ******** their pants, but then George Bush Sr. came and saved their asses.

They will go back to being poor.

1) The West will do a Russia on them, and say "We don't like the new people in power. We'll keep all your assets here in the West, until we feel comfortable handing them back over." Spoiler: they never will.

2) Since Arab armies famously can't fight - they'll be at the mercy of Israel and Iran.

3) The Shia in Eastern Saudi Arabia and in Bahrain will rise up.

4) The Egyptians, Lebanese, Jordanians, Filipinos, Indians and Bangladeshis that make their economies work will go back home. The top managers from New York and London will also go home.

Believe me, the probability of this forecast is 100%.

There is nobody more useless on this planet than Gulf Arabs. It is impossible to teach them something new. It is impossible to make them work hard. It is impossible to navigate their paranoid and Byzantine tribal politics.

Good Arabs: Lebanese, Syrians, Jordanians, Egyptians, Iraqis, Omanis, and Yemenis

Bad Arabs: Saudis, Emiratis, Kuwaitis, Bahrainis, Qataris

Not included because I don't know enough about them - all the Western Arabs

...and I still don't want them here...

A poll after 9/11 revealed that a huge majority of them would not report another one in the making. FU, azholes...

Again, if after my arrival here I got an offer to spy against the US, I would be calling the FBI in the next 10 seconds. At that time my parents were in "communist" Poland and so was my brother.

What would you spy on?

My first job here was at Stewart Warner - a company with commercial and military departments in the same building.

Plus, I was suspicious enough to assume that the INS would place a call like this to test me. After all, a guy with MSEE who the commies let out is a red flag.

Did I mention that I love Russia?

If so I am not the only one. Even a US ex-president does.

OK, maybe he doesn't love Russia but he doesn't hate it like some morons here...

Quoting RT, the best news source ever...

The US has accused Russia of meddling in the 2016 presidential campaign, but has failed to provide evidence

Former US President Bill Clinton has blamed "mainstream media" coverage of Hillary Clinton's email controversy for her loss in the 2016 presidential election to Donald Trump. Democrats have also for years accused Russia of helping Trump defeat Clinton, despite no evidence ever been found to back the allegations.

Collusion, collusion, collusion...It's still ringing in my ears...

The sad thing about US MSM is that I have to go to Russia to read what US ex-presidents say. It sure wasn't on the ABC, CBS, or NBC.

There are two ways to commit genocide and war crimes: by being cruel and by being stupid.

Poland is in the latter category by helping depopulate Ukraine of its civilians and thus prolonging this war. Nice job, azholes...

But I understand...If it feels good now...fvck the consequences...
