Abortion still under control in Poland

No society has any "capital". Money is taken by force by tax collectors, borrowed, or printed.
Only voluntarily given donations count.
Leftist scum likes former methods better.

If taking care of oneself and those closest to you directly (being responsible) brands me selfish. Call me selfish as much as you want! Mr. BigSpender

Remember that no person or family is an island; we are all part of society.

All wealth is commonwealth.

@jon357
That's where you are wrong, certain parts of society needs to be like isolated islands as a backup reserve in case society goes wrong.

If all of society is fully connected and combined and take a wrong turn as a whole, there is little help after that except outside help.

Just think about where the U.K would be post 1918 and post 1945 without U.S.A as a backup.

Just look at post Soviet Union, I think it's very obvious that any reliable backup (preferably one's own and native+closely related is best)

That means absolutely nothing.

f all of society is fully connected

It is.

certain parts of society needs to be like isolated islands as a backup reserve

Or where they'd be in the Pacific Theatre without the UK and the ANZACs.

That means absolutely nothing.

Ask the British government then, how useful it is to have a Monarchy that can lend it's hand in a financial crisis.

Australia is far more isolated from U.K, yet useful. I would say example of Australia underlines my argument. More then yours

Australia? A joined up society with public healthcare, a high level of state schooling, social housing, good welfare, strong Trade Unions, very strong workers' rights and a high wage economy. Far from 'isolated' and you really don't seem to have an argument.

You yourself are from a country where society is about as far from libertarian folly as it can be. You would not enjoy living in a place where society is not cohesive and where wealth is not seen as a common asset.

A joined up society with public healthcare,

...and fascist enough for one a-hole to shut it down and force its citizens to be under house arrest by just signing a piece of paper. Stalin didn't have that much power.

Boring.

This thread is about terminating pregnancies in Poland. Not your unresolved issues with society and humanity as a whole.

Then again, you enjoy trashing threads.

Oh but it is jon as you can see from the OP's original post.

The Sejm has rejected out of hand a proposal by the anti-clerical pro-libertine Palikot group to expand the legal murder of the unborn.

You know we could put this whole abortion debate to rest once and for all by simply legalizing murder.

A shame this forum is no longer carefully moderated.

You mean you mean you miss your buddy ex-Mod. Feniks in your back pocket ?

Women Want Action on Abortion After Ousting Polish Nationalists

Exactly.
I said it here 2 or 3 years ago after rightist PiS gangsters banned abortion - the new gov would swing the pendulum to the other extreme.

And it is happening now - the main ruling party is planning to put to vote a 12 week pregnancy abortion law.

Thank you, fekking rightists for contributing to it!!!! Tfu!

Do you see anything wrong with this?

Isn't that too restrictive for women?

Why not at least 12 weeks after delivery in case they "feel" differently about motherhood?

motherhood

You are too low a lowlife incel to talk about motherhood. :):):)

Why not at least 12 weeks after delivery

If incel males were able to deliver, they would have passed a 12 months termination law long ago.

Good question...Why not? In 12 weeks, them liitle blobs didn't learn much and still don't know how democracies work...They don't even know their names and address...

So give 'em fentanyl with apple sauce and they will be out in no time.

I thought reaching in with a pair of forceps and locking them around the babies head and crushing it until it popped was more humane.
Poloniusz 4 | 715
14 Jan 2024 #2,959
Good question...Why not?

If women want support from the government and medical community to carry out their abortions then it's clear they would have no problem asking for and being given the same support to carry out infanticide for them.

more humane

That method simply allows women to participate in the murder of their baby without getting their manicured hands messy in performing it.

It also allows women to mitigate any cognitive dissonance in going through with "their choice" by projecting their own responsibility and guilt onto the abortionist.

"Women's abortion rights..." Last time I had a chance to talk to some a-hole about it, I asked him to name any document that makes abortions a right. He couldn't name one.

But this small detail never stops them from bsing about "abortion rights" being violated by pro-lifers.

He couldn't name one.

That's why the so-called "law of the land" Roe-v-Wade decision was finally overturned. It never was a right and everyone knew this. That's why abortion advocates always used words like "decision" and "choice" and it being a "private matter" between a woman, her doctor and (laughably) her "God".
Novichok 4 | 8,158
14 Jan 2024 #2,962
and it being a "private matter" between a woman, her doctor ...

It's private when her "doctor" aborts her in her bedroom. In a licensed hospital ...not private...

My idol, Ben Shapiro, said this to a "pro-choice" chick: What's inside a pregnant woman is alive human being. She made this "are you nuts" face so he continued...

It's alive because it's not dead.
It's human because it's not a cat.
It's a being because it exists.

I like Ben.

That's why the so-called "law of the land" Roe-v-Wade decision was finally overturned.

Exactly!!! That is why more and more males decide to become women. They want to have their own babies coz real women refuse to!!
So why do rightists like you, Novi, johhny and others reject the idea of males turning into women??? It is a mystery to me.

If abortion is healthcare, let's show it on TV - all of it, including what is going on inside. I remember an open heart surgery as well as a colonoscopy ... live and in color...

Culling your child on t.v. might be a bit much to watch, Novi.
Maybe start out with culling unwanted kittens and puppies by drowning them on t.v. and then work up to humans.

I wouldn't want to watch a child being delivered, either.
My comment is aimed at the proabortion feminazis who use the word "healthcare" to make abortion more acceptable.

If it's just another case of "healthcare", show it on TV to all of us and pregnant women, specifically.

Exactly the opposite!!!

Actually

1st wave feminism - about basic rights denied to women in many societies before feminism (owning property, being able to vote etc)

2nd wave feminism - about women having better access and fewer restrictions on things like working outside the home

These were both western ideas and the logical next step of feminism was to address enshrined misogyny in non-western cultures, but by this time post-structuralism works (like Said's 'Orientalism' had legitimized the idea that non-western cultures are above criticism because truth doesn't exists bla dee blah dee blah so instead

3rd wave feminism - my feeeeeeelings! (feminism turned inwards and became about obsessing over emotional trivia like 'micro-aggressions')

4th wave feminism - ah hell with it, let's turn the movement over to men.....
