Poland offered a military contingent with humanitarian aid at start of the invasion of Ukraine when the Russian army rushed to Kiev. Which was declined by Kiev, mainly cause it wasn't proposed by Kiev and probably was seen as a test to subdue and vassalize Ukraine under Poland and provide Kaczyński with a lot of influence domestically. it became nothing of it due to international concerns of worsening the situation and Ukraine not wanting a subdued role by Poland even tho it could increased chances to be included in the west "Defacto" and not "Dejure" until war was over.

Now Ukraine might dream of such a scenario but, it is far too late for it now. too many blunders made in Ukraine-Polish relations for any prospect of a close Polish-Ukrainian partnership.
