because they didn't go into detail makes them an unreliable source ?

Not just that, but that's the most important one in this case.
That's actually quite important information:

Agreed.

What, calling a rocket part a rocket ?

We really do need to start a thread about how Europeans decipher the butchered English language in America.
American speak is not black and white like it is in Europe.
Americans speak in general where the Eurps speak specifically.
And it gets very annoying to deal with the petty diminishments to split hairs interpreting American English vs British English.
I have no intention in stooping to learn how to speak with a stiff upper lip so deal with it.

The more I think about it the problem seems to come from how the Europeans decipher words of how they were used in context.

Meanwhile, the Polish army has a very sensitive mission in Lebanon.
Hezbollah is a tentacle of Iran.
Poland could easily be drawn into war with Iran if a scrimmage broke out with Hezbollah in Lebanon.
Some of the Polish 250 troops spend their time guarding the Polish Embassy in Beirut.

You need to understand what UNIFIL is before spouting nonsense.

Barney, please remember that you know what UNIFIL is, I know what UNIFIL is and people such as Atch know what UNIFIL is, but some people literally cannot count to ten (or even seven in some cases), so of course they're going to spout nonsense!

If that's their mission, it's cool...

BTW, why do normal countries have embassies in the world's worst shltholes is hard to understand...See Iran and 444 days...

As US president, I would order all of them closed except in China and Russia ... to make spying easier...

It is but if Hezbollah were to strike the Polish Embassy and kill Polish soldiers.......never mind, let these clowns spew nonsense.

strike the Polish Embassy and kill Polish soldiers

...then we would get a lesson about injustices from A&E...

calling a rocket part a rocket ?

Judging by infantile denials that Atch is peddling in another thread, I must admit you are most probably right in your discussion on rockets.

Its all in how the word rocket was used in context, Pawian.
Rocket part was mentioned which would be considered rocket debris.
So the Irishman wants to split hairs and call it the rocket in her context.
Its like saying I had chicken wings for dinner and she would say, oh, so you had chicken for dinner.
Replace the word chicken with rocket.
Makes perfect sense, right. :-/ Hoot !

you are most probably right in your discussion on rockets.

You really want to trust somebody who can't tell you all of the numbers between 1 and 20 to tell which are all of the parts of a rocket? Seriously?

And even if yer man could count to 20, we have a direct statement from the Chief of Staff of the Irish Defence Forces: "I can confirm that yesterday afternoon there was a Katyusha rocket that landed within 2-45". Not 'part of a rocket", "a Katyusha rocket".

Of course I am but these morons just can't except the fact of what was printed in the media that I quoted from.
Only someone mentally challenged would get so upset about such foolishness and carry on about it for days repeating themselves.. Hoot !

Seriously?

yes, seriously, I tend to disbelieve what you or Atch say coz it is all very suspicious and good threads are closed for no valid reason as if we have returned to old bad times 5-10-15 years ago.

Oddly enough, Nowy wspaniaƂy ƛwiat is how Huxley's Brave New World is titled in its Polish translation.

Dreary and rather annoying like most Huxley (though I can see why it was popular in PL) except for Eyeless in Gaza, very worth reading.

I read it in 1980s while studying English at uni. It was in the communist red book of banned literature, but our uni library had all those banned publications. That was one of the reasons I had chosen that course.

It looks like a new peacekeeping force will be needed, this time in Syria.
