low intelligence

I'll say! The 'English teacher' couldn't understand the video, even with the assistance of subtitles! LOL! :)

Here's a hint: it's a leftist propaganda video from start to finish - resorting to 'voter regret' conspiracy predictions by desperately projecting their psychotic fears onto Trump voters and those who didn't bother to vote!

So what are Eurocrat Tusk's plans when Trump wins a second term?

He already showed us! :)

Wanna bet????? :):):)

You are a teacher. You have no money to bet with (or donate to the forum)! :)

couldn't understand the video

Me being a teacher of English didn`t have to understand anything coz I didn`t watch it at all. hahaha I never do with the videos posted here by maniacal rightists! Complete waste of time!! Ha!!!

You are a teacher.

No, I only pretend to be one. In fact I am a school caretaker. hahaha buhahaha

Actually, I am an ape which is the main attraction in a local school zoo. hahahaha buhahahaha

PS. I have been looking for your input. Like Novi did. Why do you take such long breaks??? :):):)

Nah, it's just your ADHD kicking in every time you are confronted with reality. :)

No, I only pretend to be one.

Now this I can believe! This forum attracts the oddest characters who could easily earn a PhD in storytelling. It's impressive how many of you have a talent for exaggerating your teaching qualifications! :)

Why do you take such long breaks?

Because I'm out living life while you're busy on here scrolling through it! :)

Tomorrow is the election. Is there such a thing as pre-election silence in the US?

No. We didn't have it until recently either. I'm not sure what the point of it is.

I don't think officially and political discussion goes on uninterrupted through the voting. The big problem comes though from the time zones and networks wanting to call the entire election for one candidate as soon as possible.... in one election (1980?) the networks called the election for one candidate while the west coast still had several hours of voting left... many people didn't bother and felt cheated out of their votes....

I don't necessarily think political discussion should stop but I'm against revealing too much of the results before the west coast polls are closed (Alaska and Hawaii can fend for themselves).

I can't wait that this circus is over.....the media coverage in Germany is not normal.....don't we have our own problems???

@Bratwurst Boy
It's popular to draw attention from domestic issues, but I think european media just jumps on the election hype due to connections with American media

(I agree with you, let it finally be fri**n over)

Yeah.....there must be connections! Some media behave as if they have they have their own nuts in the fire....

Media lives off connections, they gather information to spread it out and earn a living that way!

....yeah....but I wish for more objective, neutral media....still....especially when foreign....there should be some "further away"...some broader view point, especially from the outside possible....well....

You are thinking about proffesional media! Hard to come by these days, most seem to have just turned in to gossip magasinets. Oddly enough the most proffesional news in Norway come out of a «workers newspaper» which is most old fashioned leftist there is, which I refuse to read out of principle.

So much to ignore, so little to read.

Our media's been quite light about it. Mostly because most people dislike trumpet and the sort of people around him and are bored of hearing about them and partly because we have a new (and excellent for most people) budget and plenty of other stuff going on like Bonfire Night and the Bake Off.

The big Autumn celebration. Nicer than Halloween. Plenty goes on in the week before and after.

@Bratwurst Boy
Yes, though Bonfire Night (the autumn traditions long predate Guy Fawkes; back in the day we actually drew lots and sacrificed someone, rather than just burning an effigy) are more a late Equinox than an early Solstice.
