I just want to know whether is it possible to change visit visa to student or work permit? I have a week visa left with & my GF want me to stay here for long time.
It is technically possible to do that without leaving Poland but it's very very difficult to do. However, it is impossible to do so when one only has a week left on one's visa. Sorry. Your best bet is to do three months in the UK and then return to Poland.
No, it must be done from your home country. I'm pretty certain you cannot 'upgrade' a visa within the country - except to go from a work/student visa to a residence permit.
Hello everyone, I just got accepted to an university in Poland. While my country in the Caribbean is visa exempt or visa free travel to Poland, it is possible to travel to Poland as a visitor, and then apply for the student visa from within Poland?
The reason I'm asking, there's no polish embassy in my country and the nearest one is in the US, Cuba, Canada. I don't want to spend additional funds traveling to any of these country for the visa.
I was thinking to travel to the UK and apply there, then go to Poland and wait until the visa confirmation comes, the go back to the uk get the visa and back to university in Poland.

No. This is not allowed. Tourist visas can't be "converted" into anything else. You must get your student visa while you are still in India. If you come to Poland on a tourist visa, you will not be allowed to study unless you return to India and apply for a student visa there.

You have to do it on your own. No "agent", "consultant" or "recruiter" can help you. They are thieves if they tell you they can help with getting a visa. Stay away from them, and don't believe a word they say.

Only if you apply to a university and get accepted. They give you a letter which you present when applying for a student visa. You've probably missed the application deadlines for study this year. Check the website of the university you're interested in. Here is an example from Warsaw University of Technology:
