Are the Polish the most suspicious people in Europe?

There’s a simple explanation for this. Let me put your mind at ease; we are very suspicious of people who can’t express themselves. Besides the obvious resentment you may feel towards her (she’s obviously the one that told you to take a hike) and the usual bi***ing and moaning that follows it, you don’t bring anything useful to this forum which reflects badly on the people you represent, hell you can’t even take a hint. So she told you to fvck off, get over it, it’s neither the first time nor the last. Find yourself a good shrink who can cure you of whatever it is that ails you. Now be a good little lad and brake with this forum. For fvck sakes do all Latin man act like little schoolgirls? You bring shame on them all.

That's another excellent insight, SHT. Spot on! Poles don't like fence sitters and I can be that way. They take me to task on that. My wife got angry with me for not expressing myself clearly on some issues. I like to be somewhere inbetween.

I always though that it's not a matter of nationality, rather a matter of education, people after technical courses tend to prefer dry facts, clearly stated coherent input data. And it's usually the opposite for people who finished any humanism related studies, history, languages and so on, for them there's always room for buts and ifs.

POSCO, I don't think SHT will 'analize' you, LOL ;)

They are generally suspicious, yes. However, it's the extent that matters.

What i can't figure out is why are you so persistent about proving your point?

Ok. some Polish girls are jealous, suspicious and gold diggers.

A lot of polish people are suspicious too.

Does this make you feel better now?

Did she hurt your feelings? Ripped your hart out? awww, Now you know not to f*ck with hot polish chicks. Move on bud. Try your own.

Exactly, frd. That explains a lot!

Sorry it was supposed to sound more like a question than a statement, I was wondering if you had similar feelings about people in general and if it might relate to polish people behaving as they are..

Oh, I think it's the same in many countries, frd. In Japan, not. They tend to agree regardless and sit on the fence most of the time.

SOKRATES, YOU HAVE ALSO GOOD IMAGINATION...

Back on planet earth, not to generalise but your reaction is quite common among Latinos, a girl dumps you so to protect your p3nis from further shrinking you go around making up tall stories.

"She stole my money" sounds a lot better than "she told me to scram after 5 dates and doesnt answer my calls" doesnt it? Seriously grow some balls you pathetic little faggot, also dont rape the caps lock.

Even Balkan power sometimes falls short to subordinate Slavic women.I was recently scammed by one of them and the rest displays unpredictable behaviour.Time for the whip.

I'd be more suspicious of them, than they of me in future, having experienced what I experienced.

Polish women are the hottest, most patient and trustworthy people in the world and I'm not saying this just because my wife is Polish.

When we travel or vacation somewhere, there are always some dickweeds trying hit on her behind my back. Am I worried? Nope. I can trust her with my life.

I'm a pretty rowdy person and considering all of that crazy sh*t I’ve done, (embarrassingly in some high class places) I’m kind of suppressed she’s still willing to put up with me.

I tell you what, if I decided to punch you in your face for no reason, she wouldn’t question it, she would kick you right in your balls and then run after me.

It’s just a silly example, in fact she is well cultured, sophisticated and very tiny thing that would not hurt a fly. She is also well educated, very intelligent and very successful at her professional life.

I would say most Polish women are this way in the US. If you can’t hook up with that, then I suspect there maybe something seriously wrong with you, because I know I’m wacked.

Sounds like you got hurt. I'm sorry about that bud.

You need to be careful, it’s like playing with fire. Once you learn how, it will keep you worm to the rest of your life.

Wrong. We are the most suspicious in the world lol

Well, I think it sometimes might be a bit true. :):)
That can be explained by looking at Polish history - since 1717, when a foreign power started to exert is direct control on Polish politics, it continued for centuries with short breaks. In result, Poles developed suspicion to survive various foreign occupations - is my neighbour/friend/workmate/family member a true Pole or an agent working for a foreign power? Such knowledge was often crucial for one`s welfare or even survival.

Simple.

Possibly among the older generation in particular, years of Communist snitching and surveillance left permanent scar tissue on the society
as a whole, much as in the former GDR, creating a degree of extreme wariness, often absent from Western culture.

That's my guess at any rate.

Yes, but communism was the final part of a series of foreign occupations which had taken place since 18th century. Simply speaking, the tradition of Polish suspicion is older than communism.

This is true.
My own family were betrayed by a communist headmaster of a local school and sent to Siberia for their patriotism.
But as you say, it goes back way before communism.
Poles are suspicious of many things and hypochondriacs too!
pawian  221 | 26014

Even worse than that: as hypochondriacs, they still don`t believe their doctors. That is why there is a Polish saying: each Pole is the best doctor for himself/herself. I vaguely remember.

each Pole is the best doctor for himself/herself.

I am afraid that I am guilty of that trait too.......
