Question about Polish medical treatments

I am interested in perhaps moving to Poland in the future, and am living in America. My question is a bit odd, but I seem to have difficulty getting an answer elsewhere. I have the skin condition seborrheic dermatitis, and need to use Ketoconazole 2% to treat it otherwise I find my appearance becomes socially unacceptable. Is this treatment available in Poland and/or Europe?

It is available in all possible forms.

This is sort of random, but I know a guy that has this condition, and he literally washes his face with Head & Shoulders.

I'm a little skeptical myself, but curious if this is something you've heard about?
