Why Poles have so pro-emigration attitude?
I am a Pole and I am very much pro emigration.

I want all 40 million illegals in the US to emigrate somewhere...

I am a Pole

You were in 1965 when you emigrated. Today you are neither Polish nor American. Sort of mid Atlantic.

Sort of mid Atlantic

That is, the Bermuda Triangle. 🤔

Because Poland has been forced to adopt this pro-migration attitude ("emigration" is not the same as "migration"). However, most Polish people may don't agree with that.

Poland has not adopted a pro migration attitude. It is anything but pro migration.

So there are no migrants in Poland?

Because Poland has been forced to adopt this pro-migration attitude

If forced...then Poland is a totalitarian dictatorship. Surely not a democracy...

Another good - bad moment...

Good immigrant - a person who moves to another country to be like them as soon as possible.

Bad immigrant - a person who moves to another country to be like he is till death.

If forced...then Poland is a totalitarian dictatorship.

It might be helpful to review the relevant EU legislation (Treaties and Regulations) that trump Poland's laws.

EU law generally takes precedence over Polish national law, including parts of its Constitution, a principle known as the primacy of EU law, established by the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU).

Just because Poland wants something, it doesn't mean it will get it. As Democrats say, it is "our" democracy.

Incorrect. EU law does not trump Polish law in most cases. Its quite the other way around. Hence Poland not having to accept migrants.

@PolAmKrakow
"Estimates suggest 2.5 to 2.8 million immigrants in Poland in early 2025, with some sources putting the figure above 3 million, including undocumented residents."

If Poland was, as you said: "anything but pro migration" how come there are 3 millions of immigrants in Poland now? To me, if I don't want something, I don't get 3 millions of something I don't want, but maybe you have a different life hack logic.

as you said: "anything but pro migration" how come there are 3 millions of immigrants in Poland now?

You just walked into a corner...full of Muslim and brown migrants roaming the streets of UK...

Clearly, Brits don't want them...So how come they are there?

Estimats done by who the fvcking migrants? There are no illegals here. I live here? Do you? Or are you another keyboard gangster in the US or UK claiming to know something about a place you dont live in?

Do you know how the "legal immigration" process has worked in the last decade in Europe (especially the Western EU) and in the US?

1. Show up (on a boat or by crossing the border).
2. File for asylum.
3. You are now a "legal" immigrant.

By your standards, you know nothing about the US because you don't live there...

Estimats done by who

You're talking to someone who thinks in absolutes, either you have zero immigration or you let all the tramps of the Earth come over.

People like that do not understand moderation. A country can have some legal immigration and zero illegal aliens.

You know how it works in Poland? You cant show up anywhere by crossing the border illegally. There are no illegals in Poland. I went through the process.

1. Show up (on a boat or by crossing the border).
2. File for asylum.
3. You are now a "legal" immigrant.

Asylee, not a legal immigrant. An immigrant is a person who has completed the process and was granted the privilege to cross the border and stay.

BTW, there is no such thing as an "illegal immigrant". All immigrants, by definition, are legal.

Under your scenario, it's still illegal because you were allowed into the country by an idiot who didn't follow the asylum laws.

Those are clear: You must apply while outside where you are not safe.

Applying at the beach in the UK, after a short trip from the safety of France, is a scam, and those who allow it are criminals - even if they are government employees.

The problem is that Western countries are run by stupid, touchy-feely cvnts or pussified men...unable to say no without the risk of being called names.

From EU websites:

1. Asylum is a fundamental right and an international obligation for countries, as recognised in the 1951 Geneva Convention on the protection of refugees.

2. Yes, an asylee in the EU can become a legal immigrant, as being granted asylum (International Protection) is a form of legal status.

Figure out the rest.

How many refugees from Country A, with 1 billion people, is Country B, with 40 million, obligated to take?

Can B set a limit? Say, 10...There, problem solved.

The best way to expose touchy-feely girlie crap is to demand numbers.

It's up to EU bureaucrats. Countries like Poland or Hungary may oppose and it may help keep the number lower, but in the end - once an asylee becomes a permanent resident, it doesn't matter as they may move to Poland or Hungary anytime.

In vast majority of cases, possibly up to 90%, an asylee with no criminal record who stays in the EU for long enough to meet the immigration law's eligibility criteria, is basically guaranteed to get a permanent status.

It's up to EU bureaucrats.

Where did you get that load of crap? What else can EU parasites tell you to do? Why have elections and governments if you are on the leash of EU parasites in Brussels?

once an asylee becomes a permanent resident,

Another load of bullcrap...Asylum is for refugees. Refugees are escaping a war and death. When the war ends ... get the fvck out of here and go home.

Today, these scumbags claim gangs, climate, or abusive husbands. Now I want a room, food, healthcare, a phone, and some cash... You don't expect me to actually work, do you? I have to pray once an hour for 20 minutes...you know...Allah...

One has to be a total azzhole not to notice that 99% of "asylum seekers" are military-age men...

Did I get it right?

It is all liquid, but once you know what to say, you will get categorized to the refugee group if you show your mother country has discriminated against you based on one of following: Race, Religion, Nationality, Political opinion, Membership of a particular social group.

My answer: Tough shlt. Discriminate right back...

What's next? My neighbor plays loud music I can't stand?

You forgot: My wife don't know how to cook.
