I would send over some of our luxury, executive homes complete with jacuzzi hot tubs and Olympic sized swimming pools in their enormous back yards.

Clam chowder Maryland steamed blue crab crab cake Philly steak sub Maine lobster Florida lobster Florida stone crab

Yum, they sound so delicious.

Yes, when I see those pathetic tiny lobsters in Polish shops, I wonder if it is going to improve one day. A few years ago I used to go to Makro Cash and Carry and saw big live ones in fish tanks but today am not sure if they are still in stock there.

Philly steak sub we tried from a local restaurant called Aioli, sucked and tasted more like curry cubes in a sub roll.
There are still no toasted butter or cream cheese bagel ,or even butter rolls and not to mention the egg cheese and bacon breakfast sandwich except the mickey dee breakfast.I once asked for a toasted bagel and they sliced it and toasted it from outside and gave me a butter packet lol.

The name of the restaurant says it all.... Run!

Go to Jersey Mikes they have the best Philly.

Have you ever tried a cheeseburger in Poland?🤮

They try to mimmic American food and really destroy Mexican food. It tastes nothing like the real thing.

When in the US a few decades ago, I liked tuning in to radio stations which played one kind of music, e.g, heavy metal, 60s , Jewish, disco, film soundtracks etc. Each day I could choose another station to suit my mood.

I miss it in Poland where most stations play standard pop. That is why I have over 500 Cds which I use in my car while commuting to work and back home.

Unfortunately in new cars you can no longer listen to CDs.

That is why I don`t drive a new car. Apart from the advantage of certain old gadgets like a CD player, I appreciate reliability. :):):)

Get an internet radio.

You can listen to the whole world, mainly in stereo.

You won't regret it.

It opens your mind.

Get an internet radio.

Interesting idea. Will I be able to play my 500 CDs on it, too?? I am quite attached to them, I must say. Some are from early 1990s when I bought them at sales in the US.

I am normally cruise control driver with tempo 130. But always when I come back from Poland I must (need to) drive 200kmh or more (full tempo) the first 10 km in Germany. Ha it's freedom.

I don't think Poles observe the speed limits, do they? Not in towns anyway, judging by the number of people run over on pedestrian crossings, not to mention the single car crashes where the driver loses control of the vehicle and crashes into a tree, wall etc take your pick. Have you seen the video on YouTube of the one who loses control at the roundabout and ends up flying through the air and lands in a graveyard - very apt.

Yes, but he was drunk in 4 asses as we say here. If he had been sober, he wouldn`t have accomplished such a stunt.
This wasn`t the best example to illustrate the problem. ):)
