Eggs are a must at Easter time, especially in Poland where egg chunks are used at Sunday breakfast to share with relatives as a symbol of love, forgiveness, reconciliation and good fortune.

Isn't it also common in Poland as an Easter greeting "Wesolych Jajek!"?

Merry Eggs??? No, it isn`t used, we say Have Delicious Egg instead!

Good you mentioned salt. I removed the cap off the salt shaker so that the drops of holy water that the priest spatters onto the baskets can reach the content more easily.
