A detailed description of the Easter tradition in Poland

Eggs are a must at Easter time, especially in Poland where egg chunks are used at Sunday breakfast to share with relatives as a symbol of love, forgiveness, reconciliation and good fortune.

Isn't it also common in Poland as an Easter greeting "Wesolych Jajk!"?

Merry Eggs??? No, it isn`t used, we say Have Delicious Egg instead!

But you have just given me an excellent idea - I will say Merry Egg from now on. Extremely funny! Thanks. hahahaha

And biscuits which will be covered with colourful icing to dissipate winter depression more effectively. :):)::):):)

Everything is fine... but if you weigh yourself the next day, the depression will be even greater.

The last time I checked my weight was a few years ago, for pure curiosity.

Good you mentioned salt. I removed the cap off the salt shaker so that the drops of holy water that the priest spatters onto the baskets can reach the content more easily.
